We recently sold our flat through JBrown and I genuinely can't recommend them highly enough, particularly Kyle, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

What should have been a relatively straightforward sale became anything but! There were surveys, negotiations, building management issues and various last-minute hurdles to deal with, but Kyle remained proactive, calm and incredibly responsive throughout.

What really stood out was his communication. We never felt like we were having to chase for updates. Kyle was constantly speaking to us, the buyers and everyone else involved, keeping the sale moving and finding a way through each issue as it arose. He understood how important the timescales were to us and genuinely seemed as invested in getting the transaction over the line as we were.

There were several points where the sale could easily have fallen apart, and I honestly think Kyle played a huge part in keeping both sides engaged and getting us to completion.

JBrown have been excellent, but Kyle in particular is a real credit to the company. Professional, personable, tenacious and refreshingly easy to deal with.

Kyle was always quick to reply to my emails or WA messages, and to return a call if I got his ansafone. He was extremely helpful, and was patient when things got slowed down, and he always put forward suggestions to get things moving. I always knew that he would listen to me, take the time to understand the issue and then do all he could to help move things forward.
