Thank you very much for delivering the very heavy and bulky trayback for my Pickup - excellent communication by phone letting to confirm delivery day and time and then the delivery gentlemen called me 30mins before arrival to let me know.
The guys were very professional and efficient at unloading into my carport and friendly and helpful - thank you

Fantastic communication regarding delivery date and time. Frequent updates on status. Polite and hard-working guys, who delivered and assembled my garden furniture with efficiency and care.

Couldn’t wish for better. The Drivers were both very polite and helpful, which considering I was the last drop of the day at 7pm and they were delivering to Cornwall all the way from Birmingham with many other deliveries before mine, is testament to how good these guys were.
My only critique would be struggling to fully understand the accent of the lady in the office, who very kindly rang me the day before to confirm the delivery. But other than that everything was excellent. Many Thanks to both the drivers for their great attitude and helpful nature.

I (woman over 70, living alone) was left with a heavy sideboard in ground floor stairwell. The deliverers said they could not get it in lift to my fourth floor flat despite my having measured in advance. They were not manoeuvring as required despite my giving them clear instructions. I had to pay a local company £60 to move it, they got it in the lift in two minutes flat. This was after waiting weeks for the delivery.

Delivered on time. Helped us carry the mattress upstairs.

Phone call to say they would arrive in 20 minutes, came on time and unloaded boxes and took into living room.
Handled with care and very efficient.

:Drivers letting your company down.No call with eta,with a very difficult situation not living at the actual property.Even though reasons for eta being extremely important to enable to meet at the property to take in delivery did not happen.Luckily was able to get to the property just before the time ending with regards to time slot.However if the delivery would have happened earlier it would have been missed,an unnecessary situation if drivers can give eta.Especially when there are two drivers.Rubbish approach, and not helpful to people

The company I bought from estimated my item would be collected by JBS 2 Man Delivery within 4-5 days and they’d contact me within 8-10 days with a delivery date. I was so surprised when 2 days later I received a message saying they’d deliver the next day! I missed their call saying they’d were 30 minutes away but they followed it up with a text to tell me. The timing was perfect and the delivery guys were polite and friendly. It really couldn’t have gone any better! I’m very pleased with their service.

The Company informed me when to expect delivery and said they would phone half hour prior to arrival.
Driver was friendly and helpful. Delivery eventually went well BUT my house is difficult to find and assistance was declined.
Ask for a "what three words" reference and you would save a lot of time! I gave that reference via email but the driver was unaware.
Parcel was delivered sucessfully....but service could be improved if you had a working gps.

I was phoned by JBS to arrange the delivery on two separate occasions and each person gave a different delivery date. I mentioned the first call to the second caller and they said they had no record of this call and it was definitely a SCAM! Why so sure? How did both callers have my details and the details of the delivery?? A bit confused and worried as I hope my details haven’t been shared with dodgy folk. Item arrived unscathed though and delivery guys were excellent.

This was my first time ordering bathroom panels. I didn't know what to expect. Everything went smoothly. I was kept informed about when to expect delivery and the guys were there in schedule. They were very careful unloading the panels which came individually boxed and arrived in excellent condition. The panels are sturdier than I expected and are straightforward to cut to size and fit. They look splendid. I'm very pleased.
One thing: I ordered joining strips separately as I couldn't see how to order them alongside the panels. Highly recommended

Products excellent and delivery very quick and easy kept upto date all the way up until the delivery very friendly and polite guys .
