Ordering and delivery was easy
Ordering and delivery was easy, would have been made better if they could have brought it further on the drive rather than kerbside as it’s a heavy bit of kit. Product is amazing though does the job perfectly

Hi Rebecca, thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5-star review! We're thrilled to hear that you're so pleased with the product and that it's doing the job perfectly for you. We also really appreciate your feedback regarding the kerbside delivery—due to safety and courier transport guidelines for larger, heavier items, deliveries are restricted to kerbside, but we completely understand how helpful further assistance onto the driveway would be. Thank you again for your support and feedback!
Kind Regards
Rukshal

Ordered two drill bits only one arrived.
Ordered two drill bits. Only one was delivered. Contacted JCB Sales by email. Poor initial response that needed to wait for warehouse response, then heard nothing for quite a while. Another email follow up, requesting cancellation of whole order and a refund. Finally an email stating 2nd drill bit was shipped and eventually delivered a few days later.

When they didn't
My daughter waited all day
Four days wasted due to the incompetence of the courier company

Unusable
The jigsaw had the wrong connection and I could only use it by taking the plug from my food processor
The blade angle could not be set at ninety degrees making it impossible to cut square edges
The angle of rake of the blade was such that the extreme end of the blade was always the first point of contact with the workpiece, making the jigsaw unusable
However, the seller arranged collection and a full refund, so one star!

Online ordering was easy and simple
Online ordering was easy and simple. Delivery was quick. However as JCB is a British Company, I thought I had purchased a British made bottle jack and was very dissapointed to see its Chinese made. I have not used it as yet, but my previous experience of Chinese Quality is Poor !

Hi Stewart, thank you for the review. While we're glad ordering and delivery went smoothly, we appreciate your feedback regarding manufacturing locations. Although JCB is a proud British brand, select components and products are manufactured overseas to strict design, testing, and quality control specifications. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions once you test out your bottle jack!

Vacuum Cleaner
I bought a vacuum cleaner and when it came it had no battery or charger. I then had to purchase the battery and charger. What use is a vac without the battery. You should make it known that the battery and charger are a separate purchase.

Hi Anne, thank you for your feedback. We apologise for any confusion regarding bare tools. Many of our cordless tools are sold as 'bare units' to allow customers who already own JCB batteries to avoid paying for extras, but we appreciate that this needs to be crystal clear on our listing pages.
Please contact our support team if you need any assistance selecting the correct battery and charger kit.

Great piece of kit
Great piece of kit. We have lots of trees and it's a constant struggle to get rid of the cuttings, especially in the hot weather where it can't be burnt. Easily handles quite large branches with ease. The engine bogs down a bit with long large branches but never had it stall. All in all excellent quality and a great purchase. Also the delivery was great. Watch the JCB YouTube video on assembly if you don't have help.
