Εγώ θα πω πως οι άνθρωποι είναι…
Εγώ θα πω πως οι άνθρωποι είναι εξαιρετικοί επαγγελματίες. Είχα μια πολύ άσχημη εμπειρία από έναν τεχνίτη της περιοχής που μένω,και στην ουσία μου κατέστρεψε το δαχτυλίδι. Είδα κάποια βίντεο στο tick tock του κυρίου Κοτσώνη και τους πήρα τηλέφωνο αν μπορούσαν να με εξυπηρετήσουν. Να σημειωθεί ότι δεν τους γνώριζα και δεν είχα πάει ποτέ στο μαγαζί τους. Οι άνθρωποι άμεσα μου είπαν πως μπορούσαν να αναλάβουν την επισκευή του δαχτυλιδιού,με αντικατάσταση πέτρας που χρειαζόταν,και πολλά άλλα θέματα που είχαν προκύψει από τον προηγούμενο τεχνίτη. Τους απέστειλα το κόσμημα και μέσα σε δέκα μέρες μου το επισκεύασαν και μου το έστειλαν σαν καινούργιο, μπορώ να πω καλύτερα από ότι ήταν προηγουμένως. Σε κάθε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία ήταν όλοι ευγενεστατοι και εξυπηρετικοί. Προσωπικά με κέρδισε ο τρόπος που με σεβασμό και αγάπη προσπάθησαν να με εξυπηρετήσουν χωρίς να είμαι πελάτης και χωρίς καν να με γνωρίζουν. Αυτό το δαχτυλίδι είναι ένα κόσμημα που έχει μεγάλη συναισθηματική αξία για μένα και οι άνθρωποι αυτοί έδειξαν σεβασμό και μεράκι. Σας χιλιο ευχαριστώ και πάλι είστε από του επαγγελματίες που πραγματικά έχει ανάγκη ο κόσμος. Μπράβο σας!!!!!

Wonderful Service for Jewelry Repair
I am absolutely delighted with the experience that I have had with Kotsonis Jewelers. I needed to get a necklace repaired quite quickly, as I was only visiting Corinth. It was no problem at all - the necklace was repaired by the following morning. Every single staff member that I spoke to was genuinely happy to speak to me too, which was so nice.
