Jigsaw Estates Reviews

We used jigsaw some years ago to sell our house and were so impressed that we were always going to use them when our parents needed to sell their home.

Richard managed to secure the right buyer, for our parents’ home, within 2 weeks. He kept us well informed all the way through the process and was so professional and approachable.

Richard was invaluable to us as we neared exchange, our solicitors were dragging their heals so much that we almost lost us our buyer. Richard stepped in and rattled cages to prompt urgent action from our solicitor to get exchange and completion over the line.

My son is now selling his house and of course jigsaw were instructed and secured a buyer within 3 days!

Thank you Jigsaw estates and thank you so much Richard, we really appreciate you.

David, Rebekah and the team have been invaluable during our house purchase journey. The attentiveness, proactivity and support they've given us has made it a much more seamless process than it could have otherwise been. We felt totally assured with them in our corner and we can't thank them enough.

Everyone at Jigsaw Estates has been a pleasure to work with. The lovely Nina managed to accommodate a last minute viewing-which turned out to be The One! David & Rebekah have expertly guided us through the process of buying our first house, keeping us updated every step of the way, whilst providing a very personalised experience. We highly recommend Jigsaw Estates, they are the Dream Team!

I had an exceptionally good experience with this company, who were consistently professional and responsive at all stages of a difficult sale. Chris and Nina communicated well and were proactive in moving things along.

Excellent from start to finish on a tricky purchase. Fantastic, honest communication and a common sense approach! Highly recommended

My wife and I have just exchanged on a house that we bought through Jigsaw. From the initial viewing, the many phone and email exchanges, to the happy news received this morning, David and Rebekah in the Camberley office couldn't have been more helpful. They say that buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences in life, but these two made it feel like a Scandinavian sauna crossed with a deep tissue massage. I usually can't be bothered writing reviews but honestly, these people are the best. Thank you!

Rebekah and Chris have been great to work with. They’ve been on top of everything with the purchase of my property from start to finish. When things slowed down, Chris was proactive in dealing with both solicitors and very good at keeping me updated and supporting with explaining things and helping move the process along. Would highly recommend

Nina at Jigsaw has been brilliant throughout our house purchase. Communication has been excellent, with regular updates and always keeping us informed of what was happening. She was friendly, helpful and made the whole process much easier. Would definitely recommend Jigsaw.

David and his team were extremely helpful throughout the process of buying our property. As first time buyers, David explained everything so clearly and kept us updated throughout. We would highly recommend the team at Jigsaw.

We used Jigsaw Estate Agents to sell our home. From start to finish the all whole team were a fantastic , Chris, Nina, David and Rebecca, professional, informative, trustworthy, always keeping us informed of how the sale was progressing, chasing the buyers solicitor. We can not recommend this company enough.

Nina and Chris were incredible throughout our purchase through them, dealing with a sometimes awkward and uncommunicative vendor and chasing down the chain to ensure things were moving. I would thoroughly recommend them.

My partner and I have recently purchased a house that was listed with Jigsaw. Nina and Chris have gone above and beyond to keep us updated every step of the way. It has been a fairly stressful process, with multiple hiccups which were out of anyones control. Without Nina's checking in a reassurance I think I would have gone mad. Thank you so much for helping us with this move!

I can not recommend Jigsaw Estate agents enough. Very accommodating, professional and communicative.

Our home was on the market for a few weeks with a good level of interest. Offer at asking price and the sale went through in a matter of weeks.

In a tough market place, you really need a team like Jigsaw.

Chris Oakey was very professional from coming out to valuing our home to the preparation of the details to managing the viewings and feeding back information.

Nina Horner kept us fully informed of the sale process with regular updates and chasing for information.

Great team i would have selling my house over again.

I cannot recommend Jigsaw enough! Having been involved, one way or the other in the buying/selling of five properties in the last year, Jigsaw stand head & shoulders above the rest.
We dealt with Chris who is honest, always contactable & doesn't try to blind you with "estate agent waffle".
You don't get passed on to a "move manager" like other agents & he keeps you informed every step of the way.

Having bought and sold many homes over the years I can truly say that Jigsaw were the best agent by miles and were faultless throughout the process. Unparalleled local knowledge combined with many years’ experience and faultless integrity put them head and shoulders over their competitors.
They tick all the boxes twice over with added enthusiasm and professionalism with nothing you ask being too much trouble.

All the staff I spoke to were helpful and friendly but a special mention to Nina who repeatedly went out of her way to help with nothing being too much trouble for her. Chris is a true master with an encyclopaedic knowledge of the area with a positive down-to-earth approach that gets thing done and quickly.

I can honestly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property whatever the size or value. You will not be disappointed.

David at Jigsaw was extremely helpful throughout the buying process. As first time buyers David went above and beyond to provide advice and reassurance, and make the process as smooth and stress free as possible.
I'm very glad that we found a house with Jigsaw as they were by far the most helpful, responsive ad friendly estate agents that we have dealt with!

We were so impressed by David and the whole team at Jigsaw. Great communication, honest feedback and gave good advice. They have restored our confidence in estate agency!! Highly recommend.

I felt that all the staff at Jigsaw went above and beyond to make our buying and selling experience as easy as possible.
Communication was good and responses were always in a timely manner.

From first viewing, to exchange both Nina and David were excellent to work with on our purchase. Quick and clear communication was welcome, with extra guidance provided when needed. It was seems to be an overly convoluted process, both made it feel that bit easier. We would recommend Jigsaw to friends and family. Thank you, Joel & Melissa.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Richard went above and beyond to make our purchase go through as smoothly as possible. We really appreciate his help and support throughout. Thank you to Richard and the Jigsaw team!
