Jigsaw Estates Reviews

All the team were brilliant and great to deal with. Especially Rebekah who always went out of her way for anything.

5 out of 5 Jigsaw! We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from the team at Jigsaw selling our home. You could see they all worked brilliantly as a team from day 1, and as a result, we had a very smooth, professional, timely, well organised experience, coupled with superb communication throughout the entire process. A special thank you goes to David, Rebekah and Nina!
We would 100% recommend David and the team, without hesitation, to anyone looking to buy or sell their house.

David was excellent throughout the process of selling our house and without his hardwork in managing the entire chain I'm not sure we would have ever exchanged.
Professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with - we would highly recommend.

Jigsaw are true professionals who speak in plain English and simply get things done.

There's no jargon, just honest and open opinions; a breath of fresh air. They work tirelessly behind the scenes to manage the stress of buying and selling, and I am hugely impressed.

A huge thank you to Rebekah, who worked so hard and was always available for us to lean on.

We cannot recommend David and the team highly enough to anyone wanting to sell a property. David and Nina have both been excellent -professional and friendly, guiding us through the process. Keeping us regularly informed - great communication and integrity. Impeccable service from Jigsaw.

Jigsaw Estate Agents has been very helpful in my journey to buying my first home. Rebekah in particular has been speedy and clear with her responses, always coming back on the many questions I had throughout the journey. Thank you!!

Rebekah & team at Jigsaw earned every penny of their fees (and more) with my flat sale. It was a complicated process thanks to difficult tenants which meant the team had to list the flat for sale twice, and both times a buyer was found pretty quickly.

Rebekah also liaised with both parties' solicitors and made things happen when heels were dragging.

I highly recommend!

Jigsaw were the estate agents for both our purchase and sale in our recent house move and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided. From start to finish (of a moving process that took over a year, through no fault of Jigsaw!), the communication was clear, honest and exceptionally timely. We always felt listened to, and never that we were being fobbed off or told what we wanted to hear which sadly has been our experience elsewhere in the past. Our experience with Jigsaw was faultless and we would recommend them to anyone!

Jigsaw were recommended to us by friends and we are really glad that they did.
Our move was slightly complicated with a move from England to Scotland and was a lengthy process. What we got from the Jigsaw team was unwavering support and excellent advice.
The Jigsaw team are reliable, knowledgable and have a huge amount of experience, and most of all they show integrity in everything that they do.
The team at Jigsaw have moved heaven and earth to make our move happen and we couldn't be more grateful.

We had an outstanding experience with Chris and the Jigsaw team. From start to finish, Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and always available to talk us through every step of the process. Buying and selling can be stressful, but his clear communication and calm approach made a huge difference.

What really stood out was how he held our chain together during some challenging moments—going above and beyond to keep everything on track when it could easily have fallen apart. His dedication and persistence gave us real confidence throughout.

We genuinely believe that without the support and expertise of Jigsaw Estates, we wouldn’t now be in our dream home. We can’t recommend Chris and Jigsaw highly enough.

I would 100% recommend Jigsaw to anyone moving house. Their valuation and advice were always realistic, well-informed, and delivered professionally.

My property sale has been a challenge but we got there and I can’t thank Jigsaw enough.

I had a fantastic experience with David from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs and provided clear, honest advice at every stage.

Communication was excellent — I was kept informed regularly, and any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. The knowledge of the local market was impressive, which made me feel confident that I was in good hands.

What really stood out was friendly and approachable attitude. He made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property.

Thank you for such a positive and stress-free experience!

I have no hesitation in recommending Jigsaw Estates who have handled the sale of my late mothers flat with professionalism and kept me fully updated of progress at every stage. My heartfelt thanks go to Richard and the team.

Chris and Nina are amazing, from viewing the property to exchanging, they've kept us up to date at every point. Very trustworthy, friendly and incredibly punctual. We cannot thank them enough for finding us the perfect home. Thank you so, so much!!!

David and his team are simply superb. They are professional, friendly, and know the market inside and out. I have used their service twice now and would be very happy to do so again. Strongly recommend.

David, Chris, Rebecca and the team at Jigsaw are simply fantastic! They go above and beyond and helped us find our wonderful new family home. Their communication is excellent, they are kind, considerate and when I suffered a horrible accident, they continued to handle the sale of our house with compassion and care. Thoroughly recommend Jigsaw to sell your house and would also to buy from! They are simply excellent!!

David and team at Jigsaw are a first class outfit. We have used them for our second sale due to the amazing service they provided us the first time and they didnt disappoint. House was offered on within the next day after agreeing to put it up for sale due to Davids knowledge and situation of one of his other clients and being realistic, open and honest with his estimate of the proposed sale price based on the current market and similar houses in the area. The whole process from start to finish was handled professionally but with that extra thought of being treated as people not just a number on a spreadsheet. Whenever we needed help and guidance or if we were unsure of anything we knew we could reach out to Jigsaw and the team would offer the right help and guidance, which filled us with confidence.

Jigsaw are first class all the way, i wouldnt hesitate to use Jigsaw if we ever move again and have referred friends and relatives to them without hesitation.

Thanks David and team at Jigsaw.

I recently bought a home with the help of Jigsaw. Right from the start, their service was impressive. When issues arose higher up the chain, Chris and Nina played a crucial role in keeping everything on track. Their proactive approach and excellent communication with everyone involved made all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend Jigsaw!

I’m always a little sceptical when I see companies with perfect reviews but in this case, Jigsaw are absolutely the real deal. We had four estate agents round for a valuation and a chat about our flat in Camberley, and Chris from Jigsaw stood out by a mile as being the most knowledgable about our house and the area as well as coming across as the most trustworthy. We worked with Chris and Nina throughout the sales process and they were always contactable, professional yet approachable, and when we had difficult decisions to make they were always happy to share their advice without pushing their own agenda. Chris said to me on multiple occasions, “I work for you, not the other way around”. Despite a few hurdles we were able to successfully sell the flat for a price we were happy with and get moved into our next place before Christmas which was a great result. While we have no intention of moving again for a while (hopefully!) we would genuinely recommend Jigsaw to anyone in the area, as working with them was probably the easiest part of our moving process and they got us to where we wanted to be. Thanks team 😊

Very helpful and always kept in touch to keep us updated on the move!
