Wonderful quality
Window furniture wonderful quality. Reassuringly weighty. Not attached to window yet as it's currently being made, but have no concerns. My only qualm was the advice I requested was not reassuring. I wanted a fastener for a fanlight window, but whoever I was in a chat with did not seem to know what a fanlight was, so we actually had to change the design of our window.

Our window stays are not suitable for fanlights as they are designed to be used on a window with hinges at the side, not one with hinges at the top. Exceptional customer service from start to finish
We recently ordered two bespoke 13cm French Drum shades for our bedroom renovation. When they arrived, they weren’t what we’d expected due to a change in the frame design. After contacting Jim Lawrence, Sharon, Karen and the team took the time to fully understand our concerns and went above and beyond to find a solution.
They managed to source two of the original-style frames and remade our bespoke shades free of charge, arranging a seamless exchange with DPD. The communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt listened to and valued as customers.
The replacement shades are absolutely beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for. We’ve purchased many Jim Lawrence lights throughout our renovation and this experience has reinforced why we continue to choose them. Outstanding customer service and a company that genuinely stands behind its products.

Very knowledgeable about the products they sell
Excellent customer service. I had a Jim Lawrence curtain pole that I’d had for years but it that lacked some of the brackets etc. After sending an email, they replied within 24hrs with suggestions of ones that should fit, but happy to reimburse if the fitments were wrong.
Luckily everything fitted and I’ve now got a wonderful pole.
Excellent info, they are knowledgeable about the products they sell and all received very quickly.
Well deserved 5 stars ….

Great customer service and excellent products. I ordered two wall lights and lampshades and the team at Jim Lawrence noticed I had ordered the wrong lampshades by mistake and were very helpful to put it right with communication all the way. I ordered a bespoke curtain pole and accessories and the website has lots of useful information for measuring and it looks just perfect. Very polite person on the phone when I needed to add an item and it all arrived earlier than expected, beautifully packaged. I am delighted with the whole experience, thank you.
