We have used JLN for several years for commercial and residential jobs, they are always a pleasure to do business with and work is fantastic.

I contacted JLN following a recommendation, when our insurance company failed to provide us with any assistance after our central heating boiler broke down. We were left without any heating for two and a half weeks in mid November.
I contacted JLN and spoke to Annette who, in light of our situation, did her best to book in the earliest date to replace the boiler.
Jack carried out the work. He was punctual, polite, friendly and hard working. He explained the process clearly to us. Jack visited again with an apprentice, Jamie, to carry out additional work on a radiator that he’d identified earlier as not functioning properly. Another engineer, Craig, also came to repair a fault in the existing heating system and was also very professional and helpful. All three engineers respected our property and cleaned up after the work.
I would have no hesitation in using JLN again.

The engineer took time to do a good job rather than a hurried one. He answered my questions with clear advice and explanations. He had a pleasant and polite attuitude.

I had my boiler serviced which was done efficiently snd thoroughly by craig and i mentioned i had a pinhole in my bathroom radiator. Craig took photos and within 24 hours i had a quote to replace the radiator. It wasnt an urgent job but Jln booked me in quickly. Yesterday Craig fitted the new radiator so all is good. I give 5 stars all round as the teamwork between the office staff and fitters are first class. Highly recommended.

the engineer arrived within the agreed timeslot. He explained fully what he was doing and the tests / actions he was carrying out. Throughout his visit he showed he was knowledgeable , professional and friendly. He identified the problem and fixed it . Very satisfied with the service provided and would definitely recommend them.

I couldn’t be happier with my boiler replacement. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and stress-free. The engineers arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work to a very high standard. They were tidy, respectful of my home, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. The new boiler is running great and has already made a big difference. Excellent service and great value — I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a boiler replacement.

Our Plumber\heating specialist 'John' was very customer focused and provide an almost step by step guide to what he was doing to resolve the issue as well as information about the system and the best way forward to prevent future issues. Both myself & my wife really appreciated his technical ability and the explanation of why he was recommending a very positive option to help for the future. We are using again and accepting his advice.
