Loan application simple. I called them to ask questions at peak times and they answered quickly. Better loan rate APR than Lloyds bank which ive been with for 20 years. So far really happy with this company.

Hello all
Applied for a loan with JN Bank through a credit agency. Got to the questions . Filled out and was asked if I could submit bank statements and ID , so sent that off , the run a hard credit search, after about a week with various information going back and forth, only to be told that I supply the incorrect bank details , not really sure what is going on. But suffice to say not happy with the time spent on my application.
