After a few attempts at opening an account I gave up. Too many errors, too many times having to re-enter the same information so after a final 'Oops something went wrong' I've gone elsewhere.... Toon meer

Tried to open a 3 year fixed rate account at 5.9% yesterday and had problems with SMS message, didn’t get chance to telephone with my problem so tried today. Interest rate had dropped overnight to 5.... Toon meer

Worst ever bank

I applied for a personal loan, they asked for LOADs of documents to support my case to the point I felt like criminal despite having a credit rating 5 of 5, then they performed a HARD search on my file, and then they rejected for no reason. In the UK decent providers never do that.

Very bad company

Very bad company. First advertise that you are pre-approved, make you get together all these documents (and keep asking for more) AND THEN REJECT YOU! Complete waste of space. Apply to these only if you want a hard search mark on your credit file for no reason as you will be rejected

Really good service

Very quick decision, thorough application process. Once decision had been made the money was in my bank in less than an hour. Really pleased with the service.

Cannot rate this company highly enough!
After years of just paying off interest and barely making a dent on several old debts, i found these guys through moneysupermarket offering a consolidation loan at a more than fair rate. Considering the bank i've been with for ten years won't consider me for a loan, I thought this was too good to be true...but after a few technical issues with my application, sorted through fantastic communication with customer services, my application was approved and in my account within the hour. This company are an absolute godsend and really do assess you as a human being rather than a credit history and i will be forever grateful to these absolute angels for their help!

The process was really fast, the quote showed on the pre approval is the same that they give at the actual transaction.
