Excellent experience from start to finish!
The team was very professional, responsible, and always kept me updated throughout the entire process. They responded quickly to all of my questions and made sure I knew what was happening with my order every step of the way. The shipping was on time, the packaging was secure, and the quality of the product exceeded my expectations. My Spider-Man mask looks amazing and is exactly as advertised. Product works great! It’s as advertised and shown. Thinking about getting another one for my wife. Hoping they make the “rescue” mask from the (Iron Man Armor Mark XLIX).

Everything about the process was great. This was a father's day gift and I was concerned about it getting here on time. Customer service was excellent and calmed my fears and it got here in plenty of time and it was a hit. My son was so proud to give it and his dad's mouth literally fell open. He turned into a kid again. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again. Go birds!

The team who make these armors are truly gifted! My order came out even better than I could have imagined. Every step of the way they communicated well with me and gave me updates, and sent it to me in a timely manner considering how much work it takes to build. I cannot wait to purchase another armor very soon and would highly recommend ordering one!

I had a great experience with JoeToys! Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they were very quick in getting my Master Chief Halo suit delivered. The material and overall quality look amazing, and the attention to detail is impressive. I can’t wait to wear it at shows and comic conventions. Highly recommended!

Wonderful mask, really well made. My son loved it.

Joetoys provided excellent customer service to me three times. They keep you updated on the progress of your shipment and etc.

Decal are backwards and not hand painted. Mask is not worth the amount. Scam

The item came broken, doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried contacting them and I get no answer. It was a complete waste of money.

Communication was great. Helmet was stunning. Shipping does take some time but they let you know up front this. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Website indicates a producing time of 20 days and a worldwide shipping around 1-2 week. I ordered this in Sept 2025. I didn't have the correct measurements and did get those in around Nov 2025. I did not receive this until April 2026. 3-4 items that were superglued to the costume were already "broken" off which is an easy enough fix. Paint quality looked rushed and has minor flaws (again easy fix) When I finally received the costume there is no instructions or indication on how to put on. A lot of trial and error. Maybe a quick video to be added to website for reference? I just feel that for the amount that was spent there are a few to many small issues that shouldn't be there in addition to waiting over 5 months.

I absolutely love this Master Chief Armor. It's a beautiful fit and so much attention to detail. I'll definitely buying from Joytoys again. The only suggestions I have is you should also offer the replicas of Master Chiefs Pistol, battle rifle or even a energy sword and the needler gun like on Halo.

It took a while to come. I love my Dallas Cowboys iron man helmet. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

Tracking was a little off initially but it worked. Item arrived as described in less than a month. It has to come through customs in Asia so be patient.

Delivery was too long and commuication was iffy, kept getting wrong until I put in refund. Mask look good, but doesnt all the way. and padding inside came apart on delivery.

They did a great job with shipping. The item had a few defects but they supplied me with replacement parts for free and I got it back to working order so five stars all around! It was just two minor defaults a light went out in one of the eyes of the helmet and a bracket was weak and broke but they supply me with two of each so great job! They even provided detailed instructions on how to replace the parts very easy and helpful.
