Ordered on line and was able to collect my euros locally at the Waitrose store.
Fantastic service!
The staff at Waitrose were friendly and did not have to wait, straight to the customer service and the envelope with the money was waiting for me.

Choice of collection point for next day was good. Would have been better if I could have bought in store rather than being sent away to do it online.

It was relatively quick and easy to apply for a card and I was regularly kept up to date with progress until the card arrived by post. I would highly recommend getting a John Lewis Credit Card.

Good customer service
Very friendly person serving us. Gave good advice on rates and options which we appreciated. If I had more time I would have got better rates if I ordered on-line which was a bit disappointing, but I did not have time to do this.

Good rate and easy to use website, but not happy with the denominations mainly 50 Euro notes! Luckily the bureau in my John Lewis happily changed them when I collected, but this won't happen when they are gone - very disappointed. Such lovely ladies and offer a great customer service experience not just bureau. AI has a lot to answer for!

I required some euros and John Lewis was offering the most competitive rate. I ordered online for click and collect and the process was easy and user friendly. Upon collection, the euro came in a sealed bag. I opened in front of the bureau cashier to ensure all correct, which it was. I then exchanged some of the larger denomination of euros for smaller note value. The bureau staff was helpful, polite and friendly.
The service from start to finish was perfect.
