Company failed to deliver a useable product. Refused to refund unauthorized charges. Lied and said it was impossible for their company to issue refunds. Refunds with ANY company is always possible.
Cancelled three years ago still being charged
Cancelled three years ago and this bunch of fraudsters are still debiting my credit card for £188 ($200) every year. My account is closed, I can not access to remove my credit card details. I called support and they said it was their error, I was due three years refund, they would email me to confirm. No email and no refunds. These people are fraudsters , best to avoid
Join.me does not record both video and…
Join.me does not record both video and audio at the same time - ONLY what your screen shows. Soon as you leave screen share you can only record audio. This SUX big time. Not happy - ZOOM records both audio video and screen share at the same time. Why this feature is missing from Join.me is beyond me.
VERY Difficult to cancel.
They make it easy to sign up and impossible to cancel. No online cancellation. Must call in, no online chat. In order to cancel you have to give them billing details. I've been on the phone 15 minutes and still not canceled -- even though I identified that account using my id information and password AND The last four of the billing card. This company should be classified as a scam.

I am disgusted at how this company thinks it can take your money and run. They offer no way to cancel your subscription, insisting you have to call a phone number. When I tried calling, it said unable to connect.
Dishonest
There subscription practices are underhand to say the least. Sign up for a year. No cancelation. Fine. However, at the end of the year, they do not alert you to the roll over new period. Cancel second year. Good luck! They will try to force you to continue paying for an entire year even though you are not using their service. A business like this will not thrive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. LITTERALLY!

I’ve used join.me for 3 years. Last year they get money from my credit card - I’ve tried to cancel subscription - there is not clear process - at the end of the path they ask you to call the unreachable number in Canada.
The best way is block your credit card what I did. Uff .. the end of join.me history in my live.

Was with them for 2-3 years and service was generally fine but they make cancelling laborious and require you to provide unnecessary information.
I would avoid given the many other providers in the market.

And at the time of writing there is no way to cancel the subscription as the link provided to contact the company leads to a blue screen with a white square in the middle, no form, no text. Really scammy tactics to keep people unwillingly and unknowingly in the recurring payment loop.
Shocking company- Unreliable service
Shocking company. We have been using them for over 5 years and then the quality of the service went down the pan. Calls started dropping. We complained. They did nothing. We complained several times over 6 months. Still no service improvement. So we tried to cancel. They won't let you. Your contract has auto renewed. DON'T SIGNUP FOR THIS SERVICE. It's unreliable and your are tied in for at least 12 months.

This solution works well for doing simple conference calls and some screen share presentations. However, many of our clients frequently complained about significant lag during presentations. Sometimes it became so bad, I had to slow down my presentation in order for people to be able to see each screen or action. The audio options are also pretty lackluster. The audio sounds good when using the Dial In option, but the audio quality is horrible when using the Computer audio. It frequently would sound robotic or distorted.
Most frustratingly, there is no easy way to cancel your subscription. Absolutely no option on the website to cancel your paid subscription. You have to call their support line, get put through to the "next available" person... and then you have to hold forever. If you do enough research, you start to see that LogMeIn (the parent company) has a horrible track record of not only making it hard to cancel, but they also keep charging your card automatically even after you've unsubscribed. Horrible corporate ethics.

there is no way to be attended by them and I want to upgrade a service... Shame, the product is ok but the customer journey sucks... they will be out of market if they stay this way...
We have the PRO version
We have the PRO version, and it just doesn't work properly. Calls either have one way audio or just drop after a few minutes. When I called the call centre, they set up a conference with me using join.me and even they couldn't hear me. I spent an hour on the phone with them and it still isn't resolved. I spend ages setting up a call with a potential client and then it looks very bad when they can't hear me or I can't hear them. We've now signed up with Zoom conferencing to see if that is better
No way to cancel subsciption
The product itself is ok. But when you want to cancel your (paid) subscription the trouble begins. You cannot cancel on the site, you have to contact them. I sent 2 requests on their site (it sais they'll contact you soon) > no replies after nearly a month. They have a phone number but then you get into a menu that sais 'I'll put you through to the first free agent'. That does not happen. First call took me 52 minutes waiting and then the connection ended. Second call took 45 minutes and then the connection was broken. So no way to easily cancel, bad thing!! Now I blocked my credit card for them.

Very unreliable conference service. Computer audio rarely works for invitees. Audio quality is very low compared with other services. I would avoid using this service if you want something reliable.
