Implementation Not Ideal
All 5 of my accounts were not implemented correctly. I have had IRS send me notices because of it. The implementation process should be more thorough. And then when I tried reaching out to the two people that set up me account, they won't return my emails.

Easy to use for my small business
Easy to use for my small business. I can create and share work schedules for my employees, they can set up their schedule preferences, and request time off. Easy to use for clocking in and out and keeping track of hours worked. Highly recommend!

Homebase saves time on payroll and billing
I use Homebase mainly for timesheets for my construction company. It makes keeping track of employee hours so much easier and saves so much time. Also, I can send the customers a copy of the time sheets when doing billing to show customers the actual hours worked on their project.

Having the ability to keep up with employee timesheets on my computer or my phone is awesome.
I am able to make corrections easily and also have the timesheets available for payroll on time.

Wonderful Business Tool!
Homebase has made scheduling, employee timesheets, time off requests and tracking other important information so easy! Super user friendly! We also love that it has to option to connect to other programs like Quickbooks!

Scheduling is very easy
Scheduling is very easy! I appreciate that I can check locations of employees upon clock in/out. The mobile app allows me to function while away from the office.

Team scheduling function is great
I just use the free version for scheduling my staff. It works very well for me and them, very easy to use for scheduing and switching shifts. We like the chat function, too.

Worth the money...maybe?
Appreciate the time stamps on messages sent and viewed schedules but constant updates that take the site 10 steps back, updates on the site in the middle of a work day instead of the weekend or overnight disrupting operations, updates that make no sense like search results on the managers log showing in random order and not chronological. Feels like I'm paying for a service that is never 100% operational.

Keeping all references provided that reflect an organization's state tax requirements
The representative that helped me was very attentive and provided Outstanding Customer Service However the personnel that handle the federal/state taxes done not keep very good notes or messages. Homebase for the third time, therr quarters in a row, has flagged my 941 submission because of Texas Unemployment Taxes. Here it is again the my organization does not pay Texas Unemployment Taxes because IAW Texas rules/regulations/standards, you must have at least 2 or3 or more Full Time employees where as my company has only part time employees that work less than 40 hours a week
