I ordered four glasses and each and every one of them is just like was pictured I love my purchase and I will highly recommend this company to anyone looking for some nice glasses. Great business ideas. Excellent customer service was rendered. My order was delivered to a wrong address and didn't get to me, they resend another order to make up and ensured the address was correct and followed up until it gets to me.

Just received my order, opened it and they are all boomb, how can sunglasses be making so much noise when you put it on, they know what they are doing so there is no access for return, God punish for putting original pictures on the web and sending fake glasses to customers

How about a -100000000 for your products & services. And to top ot off, you've double charged me. You charged me twice for defective products & will not respond to my numerous emails. Will be filing a dispute.

Glasses turned up missing rubber on the arms. I let them know and then silence, no Responce.

The company is registered in China, to their credit, they disclosed this on the site.

They have been active since 2019, like they state in their about us page.

I think this is a case of: "You get what you pay for". These glasses are really cheap, sold by a company in China - set your expectations right!

They are a scam! They sell very well and after you place the order and receive your money they send you whatever they want, they don't even ask you if you want another item or tell you if it's not available. You make the refund claim and they only return 10%, if you return the item you pay for handling and postage. They are disgusting in customer service, as I read in another review, they only want your money, and customers do not care when making claims. You can use my 10% to buy toilet paper to see if at least that works out for you. scammers! Rascals! Starving!

This company don't deserve a star it's horrible it's a fake and whoever read this please don't buy anything off this I already done blocked it I've turned it into they obviously need people's money and I'm glad I don't even use that card anymore I stopped that right away so you won't get nothing else off of it you won't get nothing off of it

I received my sunglasses today and was disappointed because my package was ripped and my sunglasses were broke all messed up even the pink sunglasses bag that I love was cut up , don't know what happened but I was looking forward to the glasses. Maybe putting them in a box instead of an envelope would help this matter , I would like mine in a box the next time. I do love your sunglasses I have several pair.

I recently purchased the 'Retro Round Polarized Steampunk Sunglasses' visible here:

They took quite some time to arrive (almost a month) and upon holding them in hand I wasn't impressed as they were suspiciously light, and the hinges were very creaky - both signs of sunglasses made to a strict budget.
My suspicions were confirmed when 1 week after receiving my sunglasses the frame around the lens snapped apart.
It broke because of a temperature shift between my house which was running air conditioning, and the heat from outside, where it was in the upper 90s. In fact, the frame snapped apart while I was wearing the sunglasses as I was driving, and did so with a loud, POP.
I was so loud I thought a rock had hit my windshield until the lens actually fell out of the frame and into my lap.

Constructing the sunglasses from a plastic that doesn't have any thermal flexibility to account for thermal expansion and contraction is a serious engineering oversight.

I contacted Jollynova as they claim there's a 90 day warranty on all sunglasses, during which point they'll refund or replace defective items, and upon getting their reply all I received was the following,

"We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Do you have damaged eyes when you received them?"

I responded but didn't hear back from them.
I followed up a week later but still didn't hear from them.
I contacted them yet again another week later and still haven't heard from them, so at this point I'm convinced they're just ghosting me.

Long story short - these are extremely cheaply made sunglasses made by a company that won't stand behind their product or their claims, and they charge a comparative premium price for this cheap garbage.
Do not patronize this company - avoid them at all costs.

Waste product! Return shipping we have to pay to China. Don't buy!!

It is a bad company. My glasses were changed 2 weeks after I received them. I ordered others and they sent me another color and I told them to change it and until the date they did not communicate with me. Very bad service and product.

I ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses. They were mailed in a plastic envelope and 1 pair was busted from shipping. This company wouldn't refund the broken pair and promised to send another pair which to this day haven't arrived. I wonder if they're an honest company.

Purchasers-PLEASE please know it takes awhile for these to arrive. Do not rate on this alone. Once they do arrive, hopefully you'll be as ecstatic as I am! I love these love these love these. They're so fun uv400 which is the best you can get. For the price they outbeat anything you can get for under $40. I'm going to order them for everyone for Christmas! I'm so sick of returning everything to Amazon etc and other stores and these are such keepers for me 😁

Don’t believe all the good reviews. Ordered these two weeks ago and never got a confirmation email. But my card was charged. Sent them an email explaining and all they sent was “send is the confirmation number”. Even though I was clear that I didn’t have one. No reply, no glasses. Thankfully I was able to stop payment with my credit card.

Ordered April 9th...been 7 weeks and STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER!!! I contacted them and they sent me some BS tracking thing that has NOT been updated since May 4th. NOW, they will not respond or refund my money for 4 pairs of glasses. NOW I am going to dispute it with PayPal and my bank...SCAM...BUYER BE WARE!!!!

I purchased 4 pairs of sun glasses. I wanted to order stopped, but it already shipped. Took 3 weeks to get to me. I don't like any of them. I still want to return them, but they won't give me a return address. So they have my money and won't answer emails.
