Totally wrong order. I ordered a ring and got ugly sunglasses. Never again.

This was the absolute worst Website to order any sunglasses from they are pieces of crap and they are not the ones in any of the picture

I should’ve red the reviews before purchasing from this company. As of today, I have not received my order nor do I have a tracking number to track the status. I sent an email and this company has failed to respond. Do not order from this company!!! Fast shipping is all lies.

Scamming Asians. They sent me the wrong watch after I tried to cancel my order for a week with no response. Then they sent me a tracking number, refused to send a return label and now are refusing to refund me my money through paypal after I returned the product. Absolutely horrid site, horrible Customer Service, they're just trying to scam people.

So much for the 90 Day Guarantee - my glasses fell apart after just 3 uses - and they offered me $6 - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered one pair of polarized driving glasses and they arrived month later as ordered.
Then ordered two more pairs and wrong glasses sent.
Email Jollynova three times no response, just silence.

Don’t EVER order from JollyNova; this company from China is a scam!

I purchased 2pair of the beautiful sunscreen faceshields. I didn't wear them immediately because the weather conditions didnt call for them. I used a mild disinfectant after each wear. The sunscreen faceshields are of extremely poor quality. I rate the product 1star. They scratch very very easily. I contacted the company twice. No response. Extremely poor customer service. I rate customer service a 1star as well. But the sunscreen faceshields are pretty.

Glasses came today after waiting 3weeks, I knew they were coming from China, which was ok because I order items from China all the time. But I gave them a 4⭐ because 1 pair was clear lenses and I would never ordered those. But I'll keep and probably give away. But other than that I'm satisfied.

Horrible horrible customer service!!! Ordered two pairs of sunglasses and it’s been over a month and I have not received anything or heard anything back from them. Completely unsatisfied. SCAM!!!!!!!

This is a you get what you pay for site. ZERO customer service. After 1 of my items was wrong I notified their customer service. They asked me to send a picture or video of the incorrect item, which I did - only to never hear again from them. I resent email with picture and still no response. If the glasses were not cheap to begin with I'd have a larger problem. Just be aware

PLEASE!! Do not shop here. I literally got robbed of 80 dollars and have been fighting them to get my money back for a month now!

Ordered two pairs of sunglasses, only received one. I have been trying to contact customer service for over a month now; have not heard back from anyone as of yet. Find a more trustworthy company.

Scammm. Scammmm. Not what was advertised. Cheap glasses with over a month shipping. Customer service is a joke. Dont waste your time or money

I ordered sunglasses and it took 2 weeks to get to me so that's the not so bad part. Other than that I could've bought better glasses at a gas station or a vendor in the middle of a mall somewhere. Not worth the wait. Didn't get what was advertised in the picture. Never again.

However I can see many bad reviews in here about stuff not arriving. Mine took over 1 month to arrive to Ireland. When they did eventually arrive I noticed they had been shipped from Vanuatu (in the Fiji Islands!)... no wonder they took so long.

Glasses themselves are actually very nice and look as expected.

I have one word for you...SCAMMED!!!
I can't believe that with all the scamming they do the site is still up and running...
