This company is a total ripoff. Stole my money. Even use a fake package tracking system.

I have been waiting for my order number confirmation its been like 3 weeks and still dont have it... 😠

So if I knew my sunglasses were coming from China I never would have bought them. If I wanted cheap sunglasses from China I could have got them from a gas station. Jollyhola is nothing but a money making scam. Another life lesson learned. Always research a company before buying from them.

This place horrible, they so thirsty for money that I never received the sunglasses and they never replied to my email. The sunglasses were less than $30.I would not recommend this company to anybody. Stay away

I order my 4 items 4/6 I contacted them 4 days later asking for a tracking or some sort of status. They advised a delay and would refund me 3.00 however that never happened 4/16 no updates no tracking so I sent a email again and another before I finally decided I would call my bank something didn’t sit right with me they never refunded any for the inconvenience. They actually never responded back to none of my emails but one so I filed fraud with my bank I wish I would’ve seen this sh** first smh. NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM THEIR SCAMIMG ASSES AGAIN

I ordered a mask, that's supposed to be a sunglasses shield, why did they send me a clear face mask that I did not ask for. I even have my order summary, but no way to contact...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! -_-

They were very true to the pictures love them will order more.

The items I bought I did not receive, Instead they sent me something else. I reached out to them and they pretended to not understand my plight...Reached back out to them with no avail

Had a little trouble with second order back in November but finally everything was taken care of Thank very much for the assistance

My experience was a good one. Your product comes in a reasonable amount of time.

I wish I would have researched Jollyhola's customer reviews prior to making a purchase. It takes almost 2-1/2 months to receive the order. When I finally received my order and took the sunglasses out of the packet, I discovered that the sunglasses look nothing like the advertised photos. They are actually much cheaper looking. This was a one and done, and never again for me. Buyer beware!!!

Takes forever to get! I will never order from this company again!

I have been waiting 10 day's for my tracking and still have no number. I am from Australia and this is pissing me off big time.

THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER. JOLLY HOLA SENT ME 5 PAIR OF VERY FLIMSY GLASSES THAT COST ME NEARLY $75. TWO PAIR WERE BROKEN BECAUSE NONE OF THEM WERE IN A CASE OR WRAPPED PROPERLY. THEY TOOK ONE MONTH TO DELIVER AND I FEEL SCAMMED. THEY COULD AT LEAST PACKAGE THEIR CHEAP PRODUCTS PROPERLY. I’M DISGUSTED!

I was scammed on a wig site, beautiful wig pictures however, I got the wig, and there aren't any words I can use to describe the wig! So now overly beautiful pictures I immediately check the reviews!

Holy **** Ladies! The negative reviews are true! I Just got my order expecting the pretty square frame gold accent sunglasses I ordered and what I received was a broken pair of cheap black sunglasses that look like those specs from a 3D movie theater! I am so mad because these came from China and it would cost more in shipping to send them back! Just wanted to let you know! Good luck if you already placed an order!

I purchased two pairs of these sunglasses. Once they arrived they looked ok however both of them broke within a month with minimal use.
Be very careful as the photos look much better than the end product.
Complained about it but it fell upon deaf ears. :(
