Excellent service from JoLoves. I had a problem with an order on-line and after querying it an agent promptly contacted me. Not only were they very helpful but very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. So not just great products from this company but excellent after service too!

Perfect Christmas home fragrance
I love the Jo Loves Christmas Trees home fragrance so much. Without a doubt it is the best on the market, the smell is beautiful and spreads throughout my house really quickly and last for such a long time. This year it has come as a large and a small diffuser so I can have them in different rooms. Brilliant customer service too. Thank you

I ordered a Jo Loves diffuser as a thank
you gift for my sister. Unfortunately when she received it, it was completely cracked in half and unusable. After just 1 phone call to the Jo Loves customer service line, the order was replaced and delivered the very next day. The customer service from Elaine was first class and re enforced my belief that Jo Loves is a professional, honest and reliable company that cares about its reputation and long standing customers. I have to say the fantastic service I received from the helpline was excellent. I had an issue with a birthday voucher not working, I contacted customer service who solved the problem and placed my order for my free gift. This was all done in a matter of minutes. Great service thank you!
Excellent service!
This was my first purchase from Jo Loves but had a problem with one of the shampoo dispensers - you could press the plunger to you hearts content but very little (if anything) would come out. I contacted customer support and they were extremely helpful - quick to reply and quick to sort the problem out. I cannot fault them in any way. Excellent service.
UTTER DISSAPOINTMENT
When I paid £375 for the Advent Calendar I expected it to be immaculate. However, it turned out to be a DISASTER!!!
This was my first experience purchasing Jo Loves products and I'm extremely disappointed.
I didn't plan to open the AC until December to have a true Christmas Advent Calendar experience, but I was curious about the gel paintbrushes and decided to try one. I clicked that paintbrush hundreds of times but no product was coming out. The very first product I tried from the brand turned out to be faulty.
I immediately contacted customer support to return the calendar, because I shouldn't be expected to pay return postage for a faulty calendar.
The customer support is not being helpful. I have now exchanged multiple emails with them with no result whatsoever. I sent them pictures and videos of the faulty paintbrush and they stopped responding.
I have also contacted them on Instagram and sent them a video of a faulty paintbrush and they keep ignoring it.
I'm getting really frustrated at this point as I feel like I wasted £375.
I wish I had purchased a Jo Malone Advent Calendar instead.

Top Quality Product and Service
Five Stars! I recently purchased the “Jo Loves” Fragrance Paintbrushes and Apres-Ski Hexagonal Baubles, for family and friends 2024 Christmas presents. The Customer Service Team was amazing, (especially Elaine, who I dealt with); great communication, very professional, polite and helpful. The products and packaging are classy and the delivery was excellent. Everything arrived safely and securely. I would highly recommend you and thank you for making my Christmas shopping experience extra special; the recipients will be delighted.
Product replacement
I had a problem with a Jo Loves paintbrush. I reported this to the company and received excellent support and service from them. I can’t praise them highly enough. A replacement landed on my doorstep 24 hours later. Thank you Jo Loves

Overall JoLoves is a 5* experience - the 10/10 for the actual fragrances and excellent personal customer service from Elaine and Georgia makes up for the 1/10 bottle spray format and difficult to use website shopping experience (I understand some elements are design choices but cart functionality is unreliable) - being able to chat online or on the phone to a real person who willingly and cheerfully sorts out things when that stuff should be able to be handled by technology is above and beyond what I would expect from a fragrance advice line! The change to shipping options makes being a Scottish customer challenging but ultimately I love the fragrances and will keep shopping as long as Elaine keeps sorting out the website issues!

I had been waiting for the discovery…
I had been waiting for the discovery fragrance to come back in stock as I wanted a new fragrance for my up and coming wedding. After waiting for a month, time was ticking so I message the customer service team who said they expect it to come back in stock soon and to keep checking the website. I forgot to check one day and got a reminder email from Elaine to let me know it had come back into stock. Such great customer service, Thank you!!!

Fragrances have no longevity !
As a JM customer for over 20 years, thought I would support Jo Loves brand and was looking forward to trying these fragrances.
I have spent quite a considerable amount of money on a selection of perfumes (Pink Vetiver) being one of them and SO disappointed as they just don’t last. I also use the specific body creams to match and can’t smell anything after 30 mins, there is not even a linger of anything on my clothes.
Sorry I will not be purchasing again and will return to JM products.

Fragrance Tapas Experience
What an absolutely fabulous time we had at the Elizabeth Street store on Wednesday. Myself and two friends received a really great experience from Caleb.
His personal attention, knowledge of the fragrances and details of how the perfumes were thought of by Jo were so enjoyable. He was genuinely enthusiastic and not at all pushy to sell the products. He left us to choose for ourselves but he was available for advice if needed.
This young man is a great champion for your brand. We were very very happy with our time spent in store. We will be back!!

Everything that could go wrong
EDIT after Jo Loves reply: I will never order from you again, will inform everyone I can to never order from you, and have left this review here so others can also know what a despicable company you are and never deal with you if possible.
Everything that could go wrong, went wrong.
- website wouldn’t take the codes that gave you gifts with purchase. Wouldn’t allow you to select the gifts, wouldn’t process them, and even if they got accepted, when I finally placed my order, the gift with purchase didn’t make it into the order.
- it took me so long to try to make it work, the product I wanted disappeared. I put my email to be informed when it was back in stock, but it was never sent. I ended up stumbling on the product being available again by myself, randomly browsing.
- parcel showed with 30€ worth of custom fees.
- customer service apologized for the missing gift with purchase, and said they’ll include in the next order.
- i had ordered a sampler, and when I went to order the perfume I wanted, I asked to put the gift in that order. No problem.
- I never received the tracking link (I ended up requesting it when it’s been a while, but they sent one that was void) the parcel showed up randomly, asking for 30€ worth of customs fees again (even if the value was 0€, since everything was prepaid). I refused delivery, contacted both UPS and Jo loves, they promised they’d deal with it.
- and here we are. I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks since ordering, 2 weeks since I refused delivery, and I still do not have the parcel. Customer service promises clearance and prompt delivery, that they’ll pay everything but they haven’t. They have never offered any sort of commercial gesture, just empty promises.
The perfumes themselves are a bit weak. Basic. Not bad, just weak and simplistic. And expensive for the quality and formulation.

Very disappointing longevity.
Went to Elizabeth street store last week and was served by a really helpful lady.
I deliberated between Jo by Jo Loves and Pomelo paintbrush. Opted for the first and bought refill pack of 3 too.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement and not what I’d expect from any scent. The scent of Jo by Jo loves barely lasts 10 mins, however the tester of pomelo I was given lasts several hours. Wish I’d gone for that one instead as the longevity is far superior.
Disappointing
Brought a bottle as a present. It has arrived but just a bottle no box so can’t really give it as a gift, looks like it’s been opened. Bit disappointing really it would be helpful if it had been clearer when ordering that you had to pay extra for a box.

Poor customer service
As a loyal fan of Jo Malone London for many years I thouht I'd give Jo Loves a try. I'd obviously forgotten I signed up to their emails 5 years ago but I've never bought anything. (Don't know where the emails are going if I've signed up to them?) Last week I noticed online they were giving away a 10ml of fragrance with your first purchase over £80 if you sign up. So I signed up. I was spending double that so seemed a good deal. Waited a few days for a code to arrive. None arrived. Emailed customer services as couldn't get through on phone. Was told because I had signed up years ago, even though I hadn't purchased anything, I wasn't eligible for the free fragrance. The code you get is time limited and you MUST purchase at that time. Very poor customer service and I will not now be purchasing anything from Jo Loves. Jo Malone London (aka Estee Lauder) will be keeping my loyalty.
