Jo Loves products are incredible!!
Jo Loves products are incredible! I was given one of the discovery sets as a gift from a friend, which meant I could smell a huge range of the Jo Loves perfumes and decide my favourite. Spoke to Customer Services as the discovery set came with a voucher for a full bottle and was a little confused on the website how to use it. The Customer Service was the best I've heard from in a loooong while. So helpful, so friendly and so knowledgeable on everything. Would highly recommend using Jo Loves.
I learnt my absolute fav is Jo by Jo Loves (the signature of course!). I'll be back for more soon I have no doubt xxx
What an experience with this company
What an experience with this company. I purchased a £325 advent calendar and waited in anticipation for its delivery. Long story short , they instructed DPD to deliver. DPD left my parcel in a place by the delivery address but not AT my delivery address and I couldn’t find it. Now after keeping me waiting for 8 days, they say nothing they can do !!!! Be careful everyone. Pitiful service.
Very poor
Very poor , website is hit and miss for ordering. Endless attempts proved unsuccessful. Delivery timescales too long. And afraid to say the quality just does not come close to jo malone brand. Dissapointing
POOR customer service
I LOVE Jo Malone, and after recently listening to a wonderful interview on Planet Money podcast, I couldn't wait to order from Jo Loves. After some difficulty with the website, I ordered 2 perfume paintbrushes. Never came. Contacted the company and was told Fed Ex delivered the package on May 25. NOPE! They would do nothing to help me and would not offer me a refund or replacement. I went through my credit card company for a dispute. In the meantime, today, June 3, the FedEx package appeared in my mailbox. Apparently it was delivered to someone else. Thankfully, I must have a kind neighbor. I will not be ordering from a company with such poor customer service that does not stand behind their delivered goods . I contacted them more than 3 times, and received responses saying,Fed Ex said it was delivered, we can't help you.
Extremely poor value for money
Being a big fan of Jo Malone perfumes and having spent lots of money on the products over the years, I decided to try a Jo loves scent at £115. It is a beautiful scent when first applied but within less than 1hr the smell is very hard to detect by myself and other people ! Very poor value for money as having to reapply every hour even though it says 3-6 hrs . Very poor response from jo loves customer service as it was purchased from a different retailer due to jo loves site being down at the time I was buying. If you want value for money and a perfume you, and others, can smell stick to the original jo Malone scents or try a different brand.
Poor service and misleading 2 complimentary samples…
The site offers 2 complimentary samples on the front page. Unable to order the only 2 listed as a banner came up saying they're out of stock. I messaged the online service and the reply was along the lines that sometimes there aren't any to give out and they may send something if there are any left. No word of apology and no reply to my comment that they should not advertise this on the website if they cannot fulfil it. They have just lost £110 as I will not buy from a place with such poor service. I took a screenshot of both the advertised offer and the very poor reply.
Expensive but worth it
Delivered within a few days of ordering, beautifully packaged, emailed to ask for products to be individually wrapped as they were gifts . Love the products.
Gardenia Candle - NO perfume
Gardenia Candle: I was recently given this as a gift and so excited as I love her products but this was SO disappointing. I can burn it for 2 hours and hardly smell it at all which is shocking for the price. I will not buy one for myself or as a gift.
ALSO the glass fell out of the top - poor quality for an expensive item.
Quality product
I really like the products but you need to pay postage on orders under £60, which is an odd amount as most products are £40 which is quite expensive. Also the bottles of body lotion or shower gel are smaller than Jo Mallone. Jo Mallone ownes Jo Loves. I ordered a perfume pen...which worked at first but after a few days stopped working, customer service were OK not good and not bad, they replaced it, as yet have not used the new one. The White roses and lemon leaves is really lovely.
Awful Customer service - non existent !
Awful Customer service ! Despite them advising a slow response due to Covid, they just don't get back to you!
Doesn't matter if you message them on their Facebook page or direct on their email address their response is nil !
Shame as I moved away from Jo Malone to Jo Loves to support the Founder but alas I have no option but to return to a much better Customer Experience from Estee Lauder (Jo Malone London)
Jo Loves don't deliver on their promises…
Jo Loves provides some fantastic products but the ordering process and delivery really lets them down
I was promised 5 working day delivery which is not fantastic compared too Amazon, I received notification 3 days ago my parcel had been shipped but when you check the tracking it still hasn't been received by DPD so here we are after 8 days and still not sure when it will arrive, I'm surprised at Jo loves using this scam where they say things are dispatched but have only place an order with DPD so they can say its on its way
The call center are doing their very best to fend people off but all in all maybe a great product but if they cannot deliver on their promises it really lets the company down.
If you want guaranteed delivery before XMAS you may be better trying Joe Malone
Very disappointing candle and very poor…
Very disappointing candle and very poor customer service. The customer expects better considering the high price, and we shouldn’t have to bear the cost of returns. Jo Malone gives far superior service , so will stick with them in future.
Extremely happy patron
I discovered them a couple of years ago and I am hooked! The fragrances are absolutely lovely and I can't get enough of them. I have purchased numerous products and I would make a fantastic brand ambassador! Hahaha! The staff are wonderful and make you feel very welcome and let you browse around without forcing things down your neck. Thank you!
Poor quality glue
I purchased a number of candles recently including a luxury £300 one. They seem to have an issue with their glue. On most of the candles the ribbon had come unstuck, not a big deal but would make me think twice before giving as a gift as it looks poor. This issue I had was that on the luxury one the lid the glass had come away from the frame. Very poor. Have logged a complaint but seems it’s the customers problem to find a way return the candle and cover the cost.
Jo Loves no customer service…
Jo Loves prides itself on the quality of the product but the customer service is appalling. Since its inception I have spent hundreds of pounds with Jo Loves and something that is recorded but recently a candle failed due to the wick. I sent an e-mail to Jo Loves and received a return one asking me to send back the candle making sure I wrapped it properly. They would examine and maybe consider replacing........Clearly they didn't believe me even with photographic evidence. Do NOT support a company who treats good customers badly. I will not be supporting them again.

Jo loves got unlucky - their mail order delivery firm let them down. I rang them and they immediately refunded me and sorted out my problem. Excellent service - credit to Alistair who handled my issue swiftly no’s efficiently.
Jo Loves has basic satutory consumer …
Jo Loves has basic satutory consumer rights. If you buy a product in store you are not able to exchange or return it unless it is faulty. I think it is ridiculous for such an upmarket brand to have such a policy. I will not be recommending, buying or using Jo Loves products again!!!
Customer Service
Customer Service really second to none, although my parcel arrived damaged (thanks to the courier), Jo Loves were amazingly swift and helpful resolving the situation to my satisfaction - grateful. And GREAT products. Only criticism is that the personalised card enclosed with items could have been a little better print quality.
Great product - company needs to tighten up procedures
Jo Loves fragrances are really great. If you are sending anything abroad, though, be sure to get a tracking number from the company right from the start. In my case, I didn't have one and all manner of chaos ensued. It's a new company and they have a lot of learning to do but don't let that put you off. It may be a safer option to order their products through Net-a-Porter until they have put things right.
