Never received the item. Still shows DHL awaiting item. Ordered well in advance of Christmas and reached out repeatedly to customer support for assistance. Was told the same thing every time - it was shipped. No one offered assistance or solutions. Clearly not true!

The unit I purchased is not compatible…
The unit I purchased is not compatible with I-phone 17!!! The problem is the slow charge for I-Phone 17 which requires a fast charging station. Journey advertised as compatible.
Journey reached out to me via email, and we are working together to figure out the incompatibility issue. Thank you Journey. Good customer service....

Looks great but very disappointed.
Was looking forward to receiving my order. Sadly, the closure on the watch strap was broken and kept falling off so band would not stay closed. As for the flat travel charger, the earbud charger dock did not work and the iPhone dock only worked for two chargings.

Defective chargers? My hisband and I bought each other 3-in-1 chargers. On both units, the AirPod charger doesn’t work. The AirPod cases will charge on the watch and phone pad but not the Airpod pad.
I contacted support help but have not heard back - maybe due to holidays.

I bought 2 of these chargers for Christmas gifts. One of them was great and worked well. However the second one would not charge the Apple Watch. I have had several email inquiries for how to return for a replacement. They keep responding with no information for how to get a replacement but keep asking if the other one purchased works. Yes it does it’s just one of them. I would like a replacement please and would like instructions for how to return and get a replacement. This was a gift. Ordered the same item that I had before and UniUni retuned it to you twice. Used the same address info and finally we had to cancel because of the weitd shipping company kept dropping the correct address. Too bad. Now I’ll just find something like it on Amazon.
