I love this multifunctional pad

I’ve been wanting a tracking pad for my mouse and loved being able to accomplish that plus have a charger for my phone and earbuds all in one. The pad is so nice for my keyboard as well. I love everything about it.

I understand this first issue is not…

I understand this first issue is not the company’s fault, but my first order never made it. I reached out to the shipping company after no movement on my tracking, and could not reach actual human, but the response to my inquiry kept stating that my box was in customs, even though this was a US based order. After exhausting that I reached back out to journey to see about a replacement. At first, the response was absolutely will send you a replacement than a few more emails back-and-forth to confirm the shipping address and then even a confirmation that it would be recent. And then a day later, I received an email that was quite Link the stating that even if they sent me a new one, there was no guarantee that I would receive it so that I was welcome to request a refund. Given the delay email and that I thought everything was already confirmed from the days prior. I ignored the email, which was apparently a mistake because no one ever sent my order out. So a week later when I e-milled to get the tracking information, the representative told me that I did not confirm the resend on the package. I immediately sent all of the correspondence that had confirmed my duplicate order had been sent. They apologized and assured me that they were now placing a replacement order, but by then it was several weeks late. The adamant itself is fine, but this is clearly a new company that needs to work out the kinks and does not have their stuff in order

Journey is a great company. With great customer service. I purchased a wallet less than a year ago. One of the pockets started to stretch. I reached out to customer service. Told them about the issue. A day later they are sending out a new wallet at no additional cost

My package was lost (not to the fault of Journey Official), but regardless of that they helped me get a new item and delivered it to my door. I really appreciate the consumer help as well as the product!

Product does not work on all platforms

Product does not work on all platforms. Called in and have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get resolved. Not a cheap product. Expected better performance or customer service.

Placed an order for Christmas that…

Placed an order for Christmas that didn't arrive because delivery service left it somewhere that wasn't my address. Journey responded immediately thru text messages and replaced the item. The travel 3 in 1 charger is amazing and now every family member wants one. Great company!

My wife & I do a lot of traveling

My wife & I do a lot of traveling, with 2 phones, 2 watches, and 2 iPads, we have more wires & plugs around the house that need to be plugged in at various times. These multi chargers minimize space, clutter, while maximizing space and convenience. And the charging is quick. My only regret is that we waited this long to buy the units.
