First-rate customer service
I was bought a LOC8 key organiser as a gift but once I started using it I realised there was an issue with the screw mechanism which was affecting how well the product was working overall. Once we contacted Journey, their customer care turned out to be top notch. They kept in contact with us, checked in with us, and provided all the details we needed without prompting. We received a brand new unit that I believe they had double checked in advance and it's working exactly as advertised.
While the price is higher than competitors, I can see now that the product quality, form factor, and customer service justify the price.

I was dealing with the LOC8 Versa wallet where the leather at the corner was splitting open. I sent photos to the team and asked if it could be replaced. They were quick to reply, and deemed my request was appropriate. I am now getting a free replacement for my LOC8 versa wallet, shipped for free.

Support responded within a couple of hours and helped me trouble shoot the issue and in the end it was user error on one, but the wall socket was broken which they immediately sent out a replacement ... no questions asked. I can't say I've had that experience with any product before. Highly recommend!

Sent me a new Desk Mat when mine had issues
There was an issue with the strength of the magnet on the ALTI LIFT Wireless Charging Desk Mat. it would not hold onto my heavy iPhone Pro Max. Journey were great, I contacted them aboujt it, sent some videos of the issue and they simply sent me a new one. No hassles, no having to return the defective unit. The new one works great and the products themselves are high quality and well designed
