Having bought from Journey previously, I am a big fan of their products. I find the customer service to be excellent, the team could not have been more accommodating. I have no hesitation in recommending Journey for their quality products, and customer service.
This is such a great company
This is such a great company. Not only are their products great (3rd item just purchased), but also terrific customer service. Noticed I had included wrong email address and shipping address for latest order. Automated email back from Company said I would get a response in 48 hrs but literally 5 mins later I had an email from the customer support team to say changes made. Can’t get better than that. Great to buy with confidence from such a brilliant company…if only more retailers were like these guys. 100% recommend!

My order was stolen because the delivery company person just left my package in the middle of the driveway. Who does that? And he even took a picture of it! I reached out to customer service and in the same day of reporting the package stolen (which it was) customer replaced it! Amazing service. Can't wait for my new package

I’ve ordered multiple items from Journey because they fit my needs so perfectly. And the customer service is great! They were very responsive when I made a mistake when ordering and responded right away to correct my error. Their communication about processing and shipping is great as well.
Journey Summit 3 way charger
I purchased the Journey Summit 3 way charger, and was having trouble getting it to charge my Apple Watch.
Jatin was very patient and helpful. I didn't realize the wall charger was included since it was wrapped it brown wrapping paper in the shipping box, not in the product box. Fortunately I hadn't thrown it away. He took the time for me to find it and connect everything, and now it works fine.

Loved my 3 in 1 charging station
Loved my 3 in 1 charging station. Unfortunately, I got a lemon, but I am amazed at the customer service that I have received. I sent an email off this morning explaining the problem with the units that I had, I got an auto reply immediately, and then a follow-up email about five minutes after that. When I replied to that email, I got another reply and take a long story short within an hour, I was informed that I am getting a replacement unit and I am absolutely blown away. If everybody had customer service like this there would be no problems. I will deal with this company any time.
Great support team
A great wallet, and when I had a problem with it (Find My function was not working), their support team was very quick and responsive. They guided me through steps to solve the issue. And when those failed, they sent me a new wallet to replace the faulty one, no questions asked.

Customer service is fire!
First off, I’ve purchased a few items from Journey and have really loved the quality of it all. It’s been a great product line!
The reason for this review though, I purchased the LOC8 passport wallet and misplaced the power cable. You definitely need that to use all the features of what the wallet is intended for. I reached out hoping to buy a new one as I couldn’t find it online to purchase. The team sadly came back and said it was not an item they sold, but wait, they also said they’d be more than happy to just send me a new one without having to pay for it. What company replaces something for free when it was my fault for misplacing the item. They did!
I’m blown away by the customer service and the fact they were so quick to resolve this and literally do me a solid. This experience alone along with the great products I own from them, will continue to buy from and now probably look into buying more products.
Thank you Journey for the experience and going above and beyond what I thought was going to happen!

Great Response Time
I placed an order for a gift for my wife and mistakenly used our home address. I reached out to the Journey sales team hoping to get it changed to avoid ruining the surprise. Guess what, they changed it. Incredible service and we don’t even have the product yet! I couldn’t be happier with the level of service.
Problem solved in record time
After accidentally breaking a component of my car mount charger, I reached out to Journey’s support team to see if I could purchase a replacement. Not only did they respond incredibly quickly, but they also sent the part free of charge. Within less than two days, my charger was as good as new.
It’s rare to come across a company that combines such genuine care for its customers with this level of efficiency. Journey delivers exceptional service, and truly stands behind it.

Contacted Journey Official to see about getting some replacement screws for my order and they were able to fulfill my request in less than 10 minutes. That was from the contact us form to receiving a confirmation email on my replacement order. Can't say I've ever had service this fast before.

My wife bought me a trackable wallet
LOC8 VERSA from journey official and the rapid Trio 3 in one wireless charging station last year but under the warranty the products were faulty we then emailed journey and told them what happened sent screenshots and video of the faulty products and ask for a replacement they then sent me the wrong replacement.. so I emailed them back they said to me that they couldn't find the trackable wallet in their website and kept asking us for the order number which we sent them multiple times and multiple screenshots of the order number, but they kept saying that it was not in their system and asked if us if we bought the items from a third party. We created an account with journey official and sent them
the screenshot of my wife’s account with journey. They persisted that the order number for the wallet is not in their database. So we looked at their website and found a new version of the wallet and we said to
them that you have a new version of the wallet in your website that’s why you couldn’t find the original trackable wallet that we bought from you. But all of a sudden after mentioning that to them they were able to replace my wallet with the exact same one. Just seems like they were trying to avoid to replace the right item after multiple emails which took us 2-3 days of emailing them back and forth they finally come through. Customers are always right Journey!! Each email we received from them is not a follow up email either and we had to repeat ourselves each time about the issue which really frustrated us. Poor communication and poor customer service. Better off to to another company e.g. The Ridge wallet, or EKster wallet is a much better choice and a much better option.
