i bought this product for resell so i cant speak on the quality of the item, but the customer service at this place is out of this world! The item shipped like 10 minutes after i placed the order and i received the product the very next day. in todays age and time it is difficult to find such good customer service.

I model shipped to me was not the model that I ordered. The order was for the Trio Ultra 3 in 1 Fast Wireless Charging Station. The one I received only has 2charging docks. The dock for air pods is not included.
I have sent a message as instructed on your website and have received no response.

Beware when you order from this…
Beware when you order from this company. They are time wasters. I ordered an item for a gift for someone important to me. Left lots of time for delivery while their website said express delivery in 3 to 5 days. After 5 days the item has not been shipped out. Called them many times to explain that I need the item to be shipped as it’s a gift and they couldn’t get it shipped. In the end the money was refunded to me . I suppose they don’t even have the item in stock ! What time wasters. Will never buy from them again. While they seem to have good reviews I highly doubt they are real reviews!

Good Customer Service
After not receiving my order for Christmas despite ordering on 12/6, Journey reps were very communicative and apologetic and did their best to get my gift to me. They even re-sent the order - so on 1/6/26, my wife received BOTH the original order and the replacement order and she is very happy with the product.
