We tried to exchange a Xmas present at least 5 times and Journey has never replied. We do still get lots of advertisements. They haven’t forgotten that!

I have tried your suggested solutions and none work. Your device is a very attractive paper weight that only charges an iPhone and nothing else. Not worth the money. I would like to return it for a refund. The only purpose of buying it was to have all of my charging in one device that was attractive in my newly renovated modern home (master bedroom). That has failed and I am using my travel device that is not as attractive but works.

Prompt assistance with an issue
Initially there was a problem with the delivery of the item I ordered. The Journey sales help staff was great - replaced the order quickly and gave very good and prompt service!

Highly recommended product
I was having difficulty with one of my FOBs, so I emailed the company on a Saturday evening (just after Christmas, may I add) not expecting a response until at least Monday. To my surprise, I was not only helped within the hour, but also provided with clear instructional videos to support the advice given. Their after-sales service is outstanding, and the product is now working exactly as I needed it to. I am extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend both the product and the company.

Convenience is key…
I’ve purchased two wallets from Journey this year. One wallet for me and one for my wife. Both have been fantastic! If and when they wear out I will definitely buy another. They are so convenient attached to our iPhones!
