The product is awesome
The product is awesome. Folds up out of the way. t took awhile to arrive at my address, and I didn't understand it was coming from Australia. But it came in plenty of time before Christmas!

Never received my wallet

I had a great experience with Journey
I had a great experience with Journey. At check out an old address was auto populated as the delivery address. I contacted support by phone and left a voicemail then sent an email alerting support of the update needed. I immediately received a response email with delivery information updated. I was super impressed with response and action time.

Charger…
I like the ability to charge multiple devices, but occasionally my iPhone 17 pro max doesn’t reach 100% after charging all night. I gave it 4 stars because most of the time it works fine.

Both devices do not work as described in the ads nor on paper. The devices, specifically the space at the top for the cell phone do not work. I still have to put a charger on that part.

11/10 AAA ++++ customer service
We have 3 different Journey items in our household. They compliment our Apple products perfectly. Quality and reliability have been outstanding. One of them was a little bit temperamental recently and Journey replaced it. Their email responses have been super quick. 11/10 for customer service.

No delivery, bad service
Item allegedly delivered through uniuni which is questionable, worse is the item was noted as "delivered" but wasn't. Going on uniuni's site, View Delivery Confirmation just shows 3 black screens. Unable to get a uniuni via phone. Creating a ticket errors out. Journey unable to deliver replacement for a week, so cancelling. I've yet to receive email confirmation and credit back.

Excellent product design and even better customer service
The 3 in 1 Foldable wireless charging station - I ordered one for an upcoming int’l trip … when my delivery ended up in limbo I reached out to customer service and asked for their assistance given my trip deadline was fast approaching … long story short, they jumped on it, sent another one in it’s place and it arrived yesterday, two days before my departure. Not only am I impressed with their customer service, I really like the design and quality of the charging station … it looks great on my counter top and charges super fast. I’m ordering another one for my bedroom nightstand and one for my sister too. Thanks so much to all the great folks at Journey!
