Fantastic Quality
I have honestly loved all the pieces I have bought from joyfolie. My daughter has half a dozen dresses that all look like the pictures and are great material. I have bought shoes, bralettes, skirts and dresses for myself and have been happy with every piece. The posey skirts I have in multiple colors and are my favorite piece from joyfolie so far.

I absolutely love the way Joyfolie makes their dresses. Both feminine and simple. You feel like a lady dressed for a picnic or a show. My cream dress had many compliments, as well as my daughter's dress was a dream fit. The in-between stage of transitioning from young girl to little lady. These dresses are quality, and thats why we keep ordering them..

Sent Us the WRONG Size in the Box for the Right Size
I've ordered from them before and mostly I get shoes. My husband ordered shoes for me. He got the style and the size right. Joyfolie sent the wrong size. They sent a size 1Y in a size 3Y box. At this point the box fits better. They won't refund or exchange because it is outside their timeline. My husband bought it in November and only gave it to me in February. I've ordered from them before and always size 2Y or 3Y. Never 1Y.

The clothing is beautiful. It’s shipped on time. Only once I needed to return something and there was no problem. I believe I returned something and received a store credit which was fine because I knew that was the policy.
