Another big thank you to Tom at JPC for his expertise, this time in sorting out the remote controller for our bow/stern thruster. Customer service at its best.

Dangerous and unprofessional
Crap customer service and dangerous work carried out. I have purchased a generator and fridges from this company and had problems with all. The generator was installed dangerously with fuel leaks which filled my boat with fuel and created huge amounts of damage. The fridges have been faulty and attempts to get warranty work completed are not responded to.
