We have been with Julian Wadden for many years. Thank you to the team at Julian Wadden especially Sophie Ormsby, our property manager, also Georgia Aldridge, Chelsea Percival, Stacey Rushworth, Jade Galtrey-Smith and Catherine Townley. All your help in arranging a tenancy and managing the property has been remarkable. Sophie deal with everything regarding managing our property and keep us informed at all times.

Wanted to express how great it is working with Chelsea Percival. As a landlord I have found that Chelsea is always proactive, making sure that all legal requirements on the property are up to date, and any issues my tenant may have are always handled promptly. Although I'm know that Chelsea has many clients, she has always made time to return my calls promptly and make herself available. Once I've asked Chelsea to action something, I know it will get done quickly and efficiently.

An extremely easy and supportive process, thanks to Nicola and Tom for your support. We would highly recommend.

Good communication between tenant & landlord to rectify issue by guiding the tenant to resolve so no need for unnecessary contractor costs

This wasn't an easy or straightforward sale and Alice took over the case half way through, due to our previous agent leaving.
There were quite a few stumbling blocks, but Alice kept a level head when challenged and problem solved, brilliant....she wasn't working alone...a great team behind her. Thanks everyone

Brilliant experience selling my house with Julian Wadden. Everyone I have been in touch with in the Stockport team has been so warm, smart and helpful, especially Eilish, Ryan and the other agents who did viewings. When a buyer backed out, they were prompt about remarketing it, and I really appreciated Eilish's advice when accepting offers. Highly recommend them - there's a reason why they are near the top of the league tables.

Really happy with the service at the end of my tenancy. James was freindly, informative and returned my full deposit in a timely manner. I was really pleased to have my full deposit back just before Christmas!

Just used Julian Wadden to sign for my current flat and they were so lovely and helpful. The system they use to check your references did not work very well for me and my partner but Ellis did everything he could to sort it out and help us quickly. Would definitely choose them again!
