Easy to order and pleased to have another cover as I use the Jumbo every night because it makes my knees more comfortable. Would like the covers to be dfferent colours because white soon goes off.

Have had these previously and had great…
Have had these previously and had great relief from hip pain, but the latest two I purchased do not give the same results so have gone back to older ones which means I could have saved my money.

Great product! I sleep much better and have nowhere near as much trouble with my back now I sleep with better alignment.

Pretty good but...
The back stretcher, or Waist Relax Mate, does a good job. But the images on the supplied literature show a coloured band across the centre. There is no band on the one sent to me.
I tried to contact the company on another matter prior to delivery, but they never replied. What a shame.
Hence the 3 stars only.

Good product but took a long time to arrive
Took a long time to arrive, much longer than advised. Seems to be well made and robust. Not used it much yet as only had it a day but it easy and comfortable to use and gave relief straight away, think it is overpriced so glad I purchased on offer.

Bit of a waste, if you pardon the pun.
Bought the waist brace. Can't be used over trousers with a belt. Can't get trousers to fit over the top of it. No mention that customs duty and handling charges will have to be paid before you can receive the product.(unless you spend half an hour reading all the terms and conditions).Use directions contradictory.

Don’t touch this company with a barge pole they don’t honour their agreement ie 60 days return if item not suitable, don’t answer e-mails, I have tried several times to get in touch but no response, therefore I have lost all my money, I don’t understand why these companies are allowed to trade, I feel I have been well and truly scammed
