I had to pay post office £12 to receive package!! You didn’t pay postage

Delivery took to long ,even with the problems making deliveries I paid £7 extra .Jumbokiwi don’t answer their emails I sent two . When the parcel was delivered I had to pay another £12 to Royal Mail , So I’m not keen to use them again

This product seems to work, I haven't had time to use it properly as it arrived late and I had to pay Customs Duty. Be aware that if you do choose to buy this item in then UK you will be charged £12.86 for Customs Duty which JumboKiwi do not pay their end in China!!

After several years of lower back pain, a change of bed, creams, lotions and potions, a large whole in my bank balance due to physio’s and acupuncture a friend recommended a JumboKiwi. To be honest I purchased it half heartedly thinking how can a cushion solve the problem but having tried everything else I had nothing to loose - well I’ve eaten my words, after just 2 weeks of using it I can honestly say, it’s the first time in many years that I’ve got out of bed without a twinge, i’ve got a lot to thank my JumboKiwi for, I’m one happy lady.

The customer service is dreadful. Twice I ordered 2 white ones as I already have one and like it....twice they sent me grey ones with straps. I emailed them and they ignored me
Now I am stuck with 4 grey ones!!! Never again

Bought this one for my partner when he keeps pinching mine, he loves it, helps him sleep better, his back and hip feel better

Very comfortable protects my knees when sleeping

Excellent all round , helped aches in my back I get 1st thing in the morning , with the first week of use

Took a few nights to get the right positioning. But now I have I find the cushion comfortable

Bought for a friend and she said give it four stars as she never gives anything top marks but to be honest it as helped her loads

Love my knee pillow. Have had a knee replacement middle of March. Had been using a pillow to cushion knee! My knee pillow s so much better, cushion’s my knee and enables me more movement! Would recommend this to all!

It is working well for my husband. The only thing I would say is when you send something just an instruction which way round it goes. However it is a brilliant product. Husband has had the best couple of nights sleep. So good he has now starting to snore again. Lol

Even though the pillow took a while to arrive (expected in these current times), it is already making a difference with my sleep and pain. I no longer have back pain on waking in the morning.
Recommend to anyone who has knee and back pain at night.
