I have been a loyal customer to Just Mortgage Brokers for a considerable amount of years, using Lester as my mortgage broker. He has always done a fantastic job, and always delivered for me, 5 stars.

However, like most good things in life his career came to an end with JMB. Unfortunately he was taking over by an obnoxious lady called Yasmin Scott. Of whom i had to chase down after she approached me for my business. Im not being a snob but leaving the office everyday at 3pm when you're supposed to be working shouldnt be acceptable in any business. Nevermind a customer facing business. Telling me you have family emergencies and no childcare isnt my problem.

A business needs people that are not going to make excuses but get the job done. I don't think she has the capabilities to achieve her job role but time will tell. In the meantime JMB just lost a customer.

Adrian is an excellent mortgage broker. He has been superb straight from the start. Gething Davies had been amazing at supporting us with our mortgage as we’ve had problem after problem securing a new property and he’s always gotten back to us immediately and backed us when making offers. Couldn’t expect a better service.

I have used Just mortgage brokers a few times and they used to be very good, this time however was completely different. Daniel didn't seem interested in my case, his replies to emails were very blunt and they did not explain anything and did not offer any more help. My last email was ignored.
