I would give zero stars if that were an option. I've paid in full and still haven’t received my order, and every attempt to get help has been met with silence or completely useless responses. This has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

Initially my package didn't arrive and the tracking # provided showed my package delivered in another state. I believed it wouldn't get resolved. I was wrong. Customer service responded immediately and my package was delivered within a few days. I am impressed with my purchase. The color (light grey) matches perfectly!! Looks like human hair. Many complements. Great company to do business with.

Phenomenal match!
I received a messy bun and just got a long ponytail from Juvabun, both in silver grey and both match my hair beautifully! The ponytail is a clip on and wraps around my mini ponytail and a swatch of hair is wound around the ponytail to hide the top material holding the pony together. Absolutely beautiful!

red hair match
I have red hair and find it very difficult to find pieces that match. The one I got from juvabun almost matches perfectly. I have ordered 2 more and hope they match as well.

If there was a minus star
If there was a minus star, I would give it. I have called, emailed, and sent in on the message link, the past week. I am now up to 15 times and still zero response. The Worst Customer Service Ever. My last order was wrong, and gave up and ate the cost. Stupid me, thought I would try again and ordered 4. The order was the wrong color. I am so frustrated, I was going to exchange, but now just want my money back and I will NEVER order again. They print easy returns or money back. This is a joke. Terrible, Horrible, customer service. This place is nothing more than a scam. Please do not order from this place. You will be SORRY!

Oh my gosh, CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE!
Oh my gosh. It has been an unbelievable nightmare. The worst customer service and return policy. I had to pay a total of $40 of my own money to return products that have never been refunded back to my credit card. One order for $79 and two for $24. I've disputed the charges but they still haven't submitted to my bank. I am ready to report them to a government agency for fraud unless I am refunded. Horrible, horrible, nightmare experience. I can't get anyone to respond to me.

The worst customer service ever!
I ordered 4 buns in medium brown. Each one is al different color, especially one is a light brown. I tried for well over a month to get a refund or exchange. They asked for pictures which I sent and still no answer. I’ve emailed at least a dozen times and still no response.
They definitely do not have the customer service or return/exchange policy that they claim to have.
I did email them and said, I will be writing a review and it won’t be good if I don’t get resolution so buyer beware!

Well first I ordered too dark brown and it didn’t match my color. I contacted JuvaBun and told them the hair clip was great quality it was just too dark. They explained how to send back and I got a full refund! I then ordered light brown and it matches exactly to my hair! I love it! Will definitely recommend to all my friends and will order more in the future! Very happy customer!

I accidentally somehow received a black beachwaves clip. It was beautiful except my hair is blonde! The ladies at Juvabun responded in a very timely manner, gave me the exact directions on how to exchange. I received my blonde ponytail clip very quickly and love it! I highly recommend Juvabun. Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! They respond right away and help resolve the issue. I picked the wrong color. They helped me pick the correct color and they provided the correct color, free of charge. (I paid shipping... but that was not a big deal as I got to keep the wrong bun I ordered). The actual messy bun looks like real hair.
