So much for "hassle free returns"
The halo was definitely not a match. Rather than go back and forth trying multiple times to find my perfect shade, I opted for refund. I have made MULTIPLE attempts to obtain my "no hassle refund" via email, chat and phone calls. There is no human being to interact with through their phone number, strictly endless waiting listening to elevator music. It doesn't even ring or have an automated recording. It literally goes straight to the music. Email requests are responded to by trying to redirect by saying "Thanks for reaching out. What assistance do you require today?" even though my previous message was perfectly clear - I want a refund! This has been dragging on for about 10 days and it's starting to COMPLETELY feel like a hassle. What happened to "not holding my money if I'm not happy with my purchase"?

This company ignores its customers and…
This company ignores its customers and refuses to respond when they don’t ship all items ordered. I had to reach out via e-mail, phone, chat, and only after over 10 times trying to reach them did they email me back with a phony form letter. Do not purchase anything from them. The product is not what is advertised, and you get ignored if you don’t even receive your order. They are terrible! And they have no customer service!

I can’t do without my JuvaBun
I can’t do without my JuvaBun! I have very thin hair and generally wear a wig. With the JuvaBun all I have to do is make a ponytail (leaving a loop… not pulled all the way out, put the JuvaBun on top and pull my looped pony tail through.) It matches perfectly! I had a little problem choosing the correct color for me but JuvaBun was very helpful! Love the extra long bobby-pins they include! I am very happy with the addition of the thicker JuvaBun. It looks very natural.

I honestly can not say enough good about juva bun and the individual who work for the company as well!!! I am a 48 yr old woman who had beautiful full hair until I got sick and thinning hair for women runs in my family I have wasted sooo much money trying different clip in hair pieces to have some confidence again and they were all AWFUL either the color was nothing remotely close to what it said or it felt and looked like dry hay lol I'm not even sure how I came across juva bun but I'm so GRATEFUL I did!!! My 1st purchase was the messy bun and I LOVE it I get SO MANY compliments on my hair EVERY TIME I wear it not to mention no one knows it's a clip in piece!!! I thought I'd really like to get a ponytail piece but I'm not internet savvy and I ordered the wrong item but not to worry I had actually received an e-mail from Megan checking to see how I liked my new purchase and I was honest, sent pics and told her I must have gotten the wrong item because it definitely was not gonna work for my hair she immediately told me to go to the website and pick another 1 and did not require me to ship the wrong 1 back she promptly sent my new 1 at NO CHARGE!!! it's AMAZING and the best part is I have a dear friend suffering with the same issues at the age of 69yrs old so I took the wrong 1 I ordered and gave it to her and she's HOOKED !!! Said she never felt so pretty and proud again... don't waste your money on knick off pieces take it from me JUVA BUN ONLY I promise you won't be disappointed and when I feel a little better I'll be showing off pics of the messy bun and ponytail piece because I LOVE them both!

I adore the messy bun 2.0
I adore the messy bun 2.0. Lasts 4 times as long as the regular bun. I’ve ordered the clip in bangs, the jaw clip pony (clip way too heavy) and small pony’s that are not realistic looking. The bangs should be thinner, wispier and not too dense for fine hair. Secret! I don’t wear my messy bun like most of the women. I have secrets to wearing it that I won’t give up! Looks 20 times more real then how the other girls are wearing!

The Salt and pepper Juva bun clip-on
I was so excited to get my Juvabun clip-on in the correct color I was amazed at the match. I did have to watch a few videos (as I have thin balding hair.) Only after a few tries, I found the best way to use the Juvabun clip-on and hide the thin areas. Thanks, Juvabun, I can now go confidently to the holiday parties.

Juvabun messy bun was so easy to incorporate with my own hair...just wrap around your bun and you're finished. I was more impressed by the good quality of the messy bun. Very happy and would definitely order from them again.

I’m a Juva-“bunny”!
I’ve been a Juva-“bunny” for quite a while now. Juva has taken me through my various hair color and length changes. I’ve had platinum, beach blond, frosted and red as well as medium brown. I’ve had big and small messy buns, ponytails and anything else Juva produces. I’m a busy physician, mom, grandma and artist and I don’t have much time to fuss with my hair so it’s a miracle for me to grab a bun and poof I’m rocking it for a day at work or anything else that comes my way.
By the way, did I mention how soft and natural the buns feel and so easy to lock onto my very fine, thin hair?
The service is also great and delivery is speedy.
