I had a hard time matching my grey hair. Stylist said color recommended didn’t match. I was able to exchange it. Then i realized i wanted messy scrunchie bun not the big bungie cord slip on bun. I worked in customer service for 20 years. I have never had such superior service like Juvabun. I am sure I drove them crazy. They were professional and accommodating. I love love love my brown grey messy bun. I gave arthritis and its so simple to put on. It’s a great look. It looks real. Don’t waste your money. Just get Juvabun. You can’t go wrong because the service is amazing. I also got bangs. Very nice.

I was disappointed with a product that I received. I reached out and experienced the best customer service that I had experienced in a long time. They turned around the situation quickly and generously. I had the correct product within 1-2 days.

Beautiful small curly bun!
I ordered a small curly bun and it arrived within a few days. The product was exactly as described and matched my hair perfectly. This is the 3rd small curly bun I have ordered and they all look like real human hair. Great product, wonderful company!

Buyer BEWARE!!
At first I wanted to talk to someone about an exchange. After 2 days and hours of waiting on chat and on the phone, I decided I just wanted to return the item. But the website said I had to get a return authorization code... but can't seem to reach anyone to get it. This is beyond frustrating!!! On the 3rd day someone finally reached out to me (after I filled out 4 forms on their website and tried on 3 different times to chat with someone.) Then I was told I did NOT need a return code and was finally given an address to return it to. The chats kept wanting me to exchange the item. But then the chat said "Please note that once you confirm to receive the replacement instead of a refund, WE CANNOT PROCESS NOR ENTERTAIN A REFUND REQUEST AFTER"!!! (I took pictures of this... couldn't believe I was reading this!! What kind of shady business practice is this?)
I expected better from an American Company and wanted to give them my business. But this return process absolutely should NOT be this difficult. I am now questioning if this really is an American Co. The website says they are located in California. The return address is Miami, FL and the person who called me had broken english.

Just to be clear on the process, we offer a replacement instead of a refund if you still wish to try it. But choosing a replacement means that you will not be illegible for a refund. You can, however, choose a refund over a replacement if you wish a refund. I hope that is clear. Thanks
I really like the product!
I really like the product. I got the small messy bun, it's still big for me to get used to with my fine hair, but Fun!
I did not have a good match with the 'Gold' as my blonde is going grey. They suggested Beach Blonde and it's great!
I hope they develop a few more greys as the transition can be difficult.

I am really enjoying my Juva bun hair extension. I got the straight ponytail in brownish blonde . It matched my own hair really well . It’s the perfect hair accessory for me The value was great as well as the quality of the hair piece .
I did have a problem with my first delivery as they lost my order . But once I realized what happened they sent out another one and it arrived in a few days !

Exceeded my expectations!
I was referred to JuvaBun by a friend when I complimented her hair - I immediately bought two for myself and two for my daughter! They are absolutely fantastic! I have worn mine about every other day since it arrived. I prefer the small messy bun for everyday wear. My 17 yo daughter likes the bigger messy bun better.
Shipping was quite fast - our order arrived within days. Also - when I had a question about color match, the customer service team was incredibly responsive and solved my issue immediately - definitely exceeded my expectations.
One of my most favorite purchases of the summer! Highly recommend!!

SCAM - Do not buy from them!
I returned an item I was unhappy with and they would not refund my money. I even tried a chargeback and they lied to my credit card company so the chargeback was refused. I have complained to them multiple times and they keep sending emails saying they have refunded the money and of course nothing actually happens on my credit card. They say they cannot refund the money while there is an open chargeback but the chargeback has been closed for a month and they still use this lie to refuse to refund my purchase. I have seen many other complaints of the same scenario on their Facebook page. They are now refusing to respond to my emails. This is a scam with terrible products and worse customer service.

LOVE THE JUVABUN!!!
I am letting my hair grow - from a short, short style to now shoulder length. At one time myhair was very long and I cut it and donated 18 inches to Locks of Love.
Also, I gave away all my pins, clips and bands associated with having had long hair. Now as the hair is semi-long once again, I needed a way to get it off my neck & shoulders. The JuvaBun allows me to EASILY do this, while at the same time being a FABULOUS look. BTW, I am 77YO and husband says the new hairstyle makes me look 30 years (at least) younger.

I returned a product exactly as instructed and they refused to refund my money and then lied to my credit card company when I disputed the charge. This is a scam company.
