Don't know how many stars to give it. ordered the small messy bun about 2…

I ordered the small messy bun about 2 weeks ago, I love it, so soft and beautiful, perfect color. So I decided to order another one last week. It looks and feels Nothing like the 1st one. It is dry and brittle and feels like strw. It did not come packaged like the 1st one. I suspect a hair iron or appliance was used on the new one. I suspect it was a customer return.

Love your hair again

This is the second product that I’ve bought. I love them both. My experience was great my ponytail stays on really good. I’ve gotten lots of compliments about it how well it matches my hair, the same with my messy bun, which I’ve had for two years now thinking about getting another extension. Great job in JuvaBun.

Customer Service

Your customer service responded quickly. I had to purchase replacement "messy bun" and was then offered a discount to purchase the wavy ponytail. That is the item that I was missing in the shipment. Sent an email about the issue and customer service responded very quickly. I have been using your products for about 3 years now. I just love how quick I can get ready for work in the morning.

Save yourself $$$ and a huge headache

From their website regarding returns….

“First of all remain calm and know that we will do whatever it takes to make sure you’re happy with your order. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order we will refund you - no questions asked”

THIS IS A BLATANT LIE!!!

I placed two orders. One was never received and they have not given my money back. It’s been 3 weeks since my order. I was not satisfied with the order I received and requested a return. That in itself was a hassle with the company attempting 3x suggesting a replacement. They finally gave me instructions for the return. I want to note the customer has to pay return shipping out of pocket. I followed their instructions to a “t” and sent proof of return and photo of the package. Then they tell me the return will be credited once the warehouse recorded the item. I messaged again when the item was received when I can expect my refund. They give another excuse, the warehouse needs to inspect the return. I was a few days, message them again… they say they messaged the warehouse. I message yet again after the warehouse being in possession of my return for 5 business days. They tell me the sent a message to the warehouse. I got tired of the runaround of not even crediting me of an order I never received and got my bank and the Better Business Bureau involved.

Fast delivery

Fast delivery. Always quality product. I was amazed the first time I wore my Java Bun!!! I get compliments all the time, every where I go. I always tell them it's a Java Bun!!! I wear mine every day because my hair has gotten unruly and my Java Bun was my saving Grace!!! I wash my hair and let it dry some, and fix my hair in 5 minutes!!! I use to blow dry, straighten, and it took sooooo long. Everyone loves it. I know I do.⚘⚘⚘

I still haven't gotten a refund.

I bought 2 juvabuns but they did not work for my hair and did not match. The problem I encountered was I cannot get a refund from them. They say their refund policy is to refund you, no questions asked. I followed all their directions, sent the products back in March, and I still have not received a refund. I emailed them today stating I would reach out to Better Business Bureau next if I do not hear from them by 5/10/23.

I have purchased 4 of the Juabun hair…

I have purchased 4 of the Juabun hair pieces. I started with the curly pony twist on. I have had it a couple of years. I purchased another one of the same, to have if this one got worn out, or dirty. So far I have only used the first curly. I purchased the straight ponytail twist on and have enjoyed wearing it also. I ordered the clip on straight ponytail and wear it some. I just love the ease and the way the curly pony/bun looks. I always get compliments on my hair when I wear it, even on a bad hair day. It matches my hair so well and looks so natural. My best friends didn’t even know I was wearing it. It was a life saver at the beach. Also, I have been on Chemo drugs and lost a lot of hair the last couple of years. The Juabun makes my hair look full, natural and beautiful. I haven’t ordered in a year but can vouch that they hold up great.

I love my Juva Bun

I love my Juva Bun. I am a repeat client on my 4th bun... actually I just bought 3 more! I love how it can take my hair from dirty and flat to exciting in minutes. My Juva Buns look so realistic, people just comment on my nice hair looks- never realizing it is a Juva Bun. I love how the "Mixed Walnut" coordinates with frosted hair color.

Juvabun and NO RENEE!!

As I stated previously, there is no customer service complaint email, so I emailed Renee through the email I found on line, ATT: RENEE and guess what?
STILL no response. STILL no refund.
POOR POOR SERVICE.
My credit card company will be handling it from here. I sent them all the proof that I sent to Juvabun so I will get my money back one way or another.
This could have all been avoided if the right hand knew what the left hand was doing!!

AWFUL return experience.

Return experience with this company is AWFUL. I couldn’t figure out how to leave a review on their website so I am here. I first emailed customer service about returning my item on January 24th. I then shipped it back and tracking showed it was delivered to the address they gave me on the 31st. It is now February 20th and I have not received my refund. I have emailed multiple times for updates and keep getting the “we are waiting for confirmation from the warehouse” message. I do not recommend purchasing from this company unless you’re 100% sure you won’t be needing a refund.

That Juva Bun....is the "Real-Deal!"....It's Real Quality Manufactured....other knock-offs out there....fall apart!!!....ladies....you know the old saying!!!....."You Get What You Pay For!!" Lol....."

My experience was horrible

My experience was horrible. I ordered a Clip Claw I saw the picture$34.00. No problem, I liked what I saw in the picture. I made my order at the beginning of the year and after 2 weeks,when I saw nothing came, I called at the number that is on the website. Long story,short, they lied to me for a month. I called them 3 times and I send 5 emails. The answer was, we notified the Wearhouse and they will take care. Finaly, yesterday I received a horrible, short piece of hair which is not at all the same as in the pictures. Is like the ones that you see on other websites with $5.00. I took 3 pictures, and send them to their email. Very quick the answer came: WHY are you upset, you received your order. Do not order anything from them, they are taking your money for nothing. IT IS A BIG SCAM.

I love my messy bun

I love my messy bun! I actually have a few. I’ve been using them for a couple years now. The beach blonde matches my hair perfectly. It’s great for days I’m in a rush or just don’t feel like fooling with my hair. I also take it on my beach trips and vacations. I always get compliments. No one knows it isn’t my hair unless I tell them!

Update from 1 star to 4!!!!

My original review was that the juvabuns were good quality but did not work for me. I then got feedback on different ways to remedy this but those didnt work for me either. The customer service department did reach out to me to help and I was impressed by the interaction and wanting to assist. I was able to get a refund and because of this will possibly try one of their claw clip versions instead. Bravo to them for their help!!!

If I could give it no stars I would. Worst customer service. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for my refund on a return. Only get excuses...... beginning to wonder if this is a legit business. Don't order from them, there are plenty of other sights that sell these products.
