I am thrilled with my purchase! great prices for a quality product. i got two men's rings. a 2 carat garnet in silver, and a 3.7 carat pink fluorite, with 8 little clear topaz gems, set in silver. delivery was fast, and the rings are holding up amazingly well considering the fact i wear them all the time, even while gardening.

My earrings are exactly what I expected from the picture and description.

The jewelry is beautiful but I really wish a certificate of authenticity would be included with purchase it would really set them apart from other online merchants and would add to customer confidence.

I ordered two rings and loved them both! I received them in the mail within 4 days, so the service was quick too. My only snag was one ring was too large for my finger- not the ring size, that was fine- just the actual ring setting. I contacted the company and they sent me a label to return it. I think the other ring is lovely, and overall I'm satisfied with my experience.

The product line was lovely, and in many cases unique. The prices were excellent. My only concern is that I want to know more about the origins and/or treatments of any gemstones.

Fancy names are fun, but I want to know if a stone was mined or lab grown. And I really want to be sure to know if it was treated with heat or coated with a chemical that can wear away if the gem isn't cared for properly. This doesn't diminish the value of the jewelry in my eyes, but it gives me the advantage of knowing how to enjoy them for a longer time.

I ordered 5 pairs of earrings in the $19-$29 price range. They were much nicer than expected with the exception of one pair that arrived damaged. They went above and beyond to correct it. I received excellent customer service.

My experience with Jewelo has been exceptionally wonderful.
Many jewelry items I buy are for myself,grandchildren,daughter, and friends.

Malgré de trés belles photos sur le site et des avis consommateurs positifs sur les bijoux JUWELO je suis trés déçue par ma commande. Les pierres sont mal serties mal montées sur la bague livrée. La bague est même déformée par le mauvais sertissage.
Première expérience, grosse déception. On nous envoie un beau livre avec la commande mais la qualité du bijou est décevante.

The information on my ring said ,2-3 days shipping.apparantly it was incorrect.it actually was,10-12 days to make the ring,then 2 day shipping.i was several times the ring was being shipped the next day.it hasn't been shipped.i don't know if I'll ever get the ring.

I have bought several pieces of jewelry from Juwelo. The return policy is fabulous. It's a no risk purchase. If you don't like the piece you can send it back. I have several piece that I love and wear regularly from Juwelo. They are unique and the stones are lovely.

Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Juwelo! Everything I have ordered has arrived promptly, and exactly as ordered...none of the pieces were a disappointment! The only thing that I would recommend, is that there should be more pieces in sizes 8, 9, and 10. For Gentlemen's rings, sizes in 12, 13, and 14. I have recommended all my friends to go to Juwelo for their birthday, holiday, and special occasion, and no reason, gifts for themselves and family and friends. Thank you so much for being so affordable and allowing all of us the chance to spark up our lives with genuine jewelry!
