KAD Mortgages made buying our first home so easy & enjoyable, we have a complicated past with an IVA that just kept haunting us. We was going into this process with not much hope & have no idea in how to go forward onto the property ladder. Keith's knowledge, confidence & understanding of every possible route & different ways how to do certain things was absolutely incredible. within 2 weeks we got a Decision in Principle, found our first home & got a mortgage application accepted. I've recently used KAD Mortgages for my remortgage and the experience I had was nothing short of completely professional and streamlined.

Keith, who I dealt with, kept me informed of progress and made himself available at short notice to answer any questions and discuss options. In the current economic climate it's reassuring to have someone in your corner that you can talk things through with. He was also more than happy and willing to help with product amendments as the interest rates fluctuated in the run-up to the product starting.
