If I could give 0 stars I would car booked in for 8am I waited till gone 4pm went to garage and no work was done they said they called which was a lie complained to management which also said he they left a voicemail another lie very rude staff id stay well away

Quick efficient and honest deffo use the garage again, but maybe the ascot drive venue next time as that’s closer to me lol

Good friendly service, fair price

Came across this garage by accident, and have been using them ever since, for over a decade now.

Charges are fair and reasonable. Staff are lovely and helpful. Honest mechanics, who don't treat you like a fool, and don't try to fool you even if you admit to being a woman who knows nothing about cars.

Booked car in for annual MOT and service. 18 year old car, 200k miles on it...been running on borrowed time with it basically! Mot failure - KAM advised would need £1600 worth of repairs. Clearly more than the car is worth, or you'd reasonably spend to repair a car of that age. Husband says he will get back to them with a decision as wanted to double check with me...and in the meantime they still serviced it?! And charged us £150 for servicing a car they essentially just told us was a write off. Absolutely no customer service from them, argued "we did what it was booked in for" . A simple "do you want us to still service it?" would have been common courtesy.

If I could give Kam 10 stars, I would! They truly helped a damsel in distress! My car was leaking petrol, so couldn’t drive it and had no recovery. Kam picked it up the same day, called me with the problem by lunchtime, and told me the part would come the next day. I have just picked up my car (the next day)! They are gentlemen, always treat me with respect, and help me when I really need it! Brilliant place, will definitely highly recommend!

Over booked, staff glad I cancelled after been told an oil and filter change would require the car for 5 hours, staff not happy at accepting a late booking 2 days before, but still accepted the job!?!

Paid £500 for a mot on my mrs car. After one day having it back, the engine light came on and the wheel has been making a loud noise ever since. Rang them to ask why is this happening after paying so much & they hung up on me!!! Taken the car to multiple garages to stop the noise, still makes a noise to this day. Worst garage i have ever been to

We've used KAM Servicing at Tamworth Road, Sawley now for many years and they always provide excellent service and value.
I recently noticed I had a slow puncture and/or fault with the tyre valve on my Toyota Yaris. A quick 'phone call and I was booked in straight away to get it sorted. Terrific service and response for early Sunday morning!
They had me up and running within an hour. You really can't beat that. Big jobs, small jobs, KAM always give top notch customer support and true value for money.

I needed an MOT carried out a short notice. I booked this online and managed to get a slot the following day. I was greeted with a smile and politeness and the work was carried out as agreed. I'm pleased to say that the car passed its MOT without any advisories and I was called to say that the car was ready for me to collect. Again the person who served me was polite and friendly. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service received today.
Vehicle was booked in and they were ready and waiting for me at 08:00 sharp.
Vehicle fixed, fair pricing and was called at 11:00 to come and pay and pick up the vehicle.

I recently took my car to this shop because my service light was coming on and off intermittently. I was charged an outrageous fee just for a diagnosis, which I paid, trusting they’d resolve the issue. On top of that, I agreed to the high cost of fixing the problem they claimed to have identified, hoping it would solve the issue.

However, after completing the work, the initial problem remained unresolved. To make matters worse, they "discovered" a bigger issue with my car, one that would require an even more expensive repair. I now feel like I’ve been taken advantage of—paying a hefty price for subpar service that didn't address the core issue and led to even more unexpected expenses.

This experience has left me deeply disappointed with their service. Instead of solving the problem, I’m now left with a larger bill and no confidence in their ability to fix anything. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable or transparent service. Terrible experience!

28/12/24 8am car dropped off at Derby road branch with car heater issue. Fault diagnosed swiftly and new part fitted. Car picked up at 10.30am. Excellent service yet again from Sunny and the lads 10/10. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Always use KAM servicing and always receive first class customer service.
They always get me in quickly and are very competitive with their pricing.
Would 100% recommend.
