Professional service and speedy availability
Kantan were great. They had availability within a week and the pricing was the cheapest I could find for a boiler service. The engineer who came round to my house was professional, on-time and seemed very knowledgeable. He phoned ahead of time to check I was in and confirm parking arrangements. Overall a very efficient and easy to use service.

Perfect Servicing!
Had an issue with my bolier on the evening, booked w/ Kantan for next day, they arrived on scheduled time slot, ID the issue, fixed it swiftly in record time avoiding me a hip of hassle. Definitely will come back to them! Highly recommended.

Hi Sandra, I'm sorry for the issues you've found with getting your boiler serviced with us!
As the engineer was unable to access your boiler due to the cupboard around it making it unsafe to perform the work, a repeat visit was required which was arranged with you by the engineer and the engineer's initial visit costs were waived, at the second visit the cupboard had still not been cleared and so they were still unable to access the boiler safely. I've left you a voicemail regarding arranging a third visit which the engineer is happy to come by for as long as the space has been cleared and if you give us a call back we're happy to discuss this further.
