Avoid and save yourself a lot of wasted effort. Three scheduled appointments cancelled, two of which were cancelled over half way through the appointment slot. The other cancelled the night before. Go with a more reliable local company.

Update: They offered a free boiler service as reconciliation, which was accepted but then the engineer was still three hours late for the agreed timeslot. Good customer service from Kantan HQ, the actually delivery leaves a lot to be desired.

We realised our boiler wasn't emitting any heat/hot water on Tuesday night. Found Kantan and booked in for a repair for the Wednesday, Thurs, or Friday. Got a message Wednesday morning that someone would be over later that day! The engineer who arrived (on time!) was very friendly and considerate - the issue ended up being something very minor and he showed me how I could fix it myself so I could handle it on my own next time. Really have nothing negative to say - this service is a total lifesaver and way faster/cheaper than calling around a bunch of different tradesmen!

Initially from an administration point of view it wasn't good - this is the first time I have used this company.
I no longer understand why a lot of companies have no idea what the right and left hand are doing.
When the appointment was sorted the engineer that came was fine and the job was completed successfully.
Speedily the invoice for payment arrived before the engineer left our property.
Probably won't use again.

I experienced excellent service from Kantan. Great person on the other end of the phone who immediately understood my gas issue and put into motion a very rapid resolution. The engineer was most pleasant and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone and will certainly use them again.

Having just moved to the house there was not much information regarding the boiler so when the heating engineer James came he told me how it worked and also serviced the boiler, so I was very pleased

Excellent service, I was kept informed with confirmation and reminders along with my serviceman’s name and that he would telephone me shortly before his arrival , which he did . David the serviceman was prompt polite and friendly and definitely know his craft . I would highly recommend this service .
