I had both my brows and lips done by Vikki. She’s brilliant and got the brief perfectly, taking guidance from how I did my makeup on the day of the appointment. The pre and post care is also excellent. They really seem to value their clients and don’t rush you. They use lots of numbing crème although fortunately I found the process pain free. Thank you! So worth it!

Vikki and the whole Karen Betts team are exceptionally professional and skilled, also personable and sensitive to the fact I am having eyebrow micro blading due to chemotherapy hair loss. Eyebrows look great and it has have given me confidence.

Am so happy with the process and the result. I knew I was in good hands the moment I met Geraldine, and she understood exactly what I wanted. She has given me back the eyebrows I had when I was 20!
Still only on day two but aftercare has been superb with little messages reminding me what to expect and reminding me of what I need to do.
So thrilled I keep looking in the mirror. Must stop as although my brows are now those I had when I was forty years younger, sadly my face is not. Although tbh the brows have definitely helped on that front 😀.

Having hesitated for years I finally took the plunge and had my eyebrows done by Vikki. Vikki is such a lovely person, she takes the time to listen to you and puts you at ease with her friendly, upbeat, down to earth demeanour - she checks that you are happy before the treatment starts and will advise you on any adjustments that you suggest. I can not recommend Vikki and the rest of the staff enough - I just wish I'd dared to have had it done sooner.

As a semi-permanent makeup virgin I was nervous but there was no need to be. Karen is clearly extremely experienced and highly skilled. I am 4 days post lip blush treatment and so far so good. The process was clearly explained to me and much less painful than I expected. My lips are looking fabulous.

My elite artist for eyebrows microblading at the Karren Betts clinic in London was Carrina.
I am so very grateful to Carrina for her attention to my particular problems such as pigment residue and pigment migration on my eyebrows and asymmetry from a previous microblading treatment.
From the start I felt safe in her hands and was amazed how succesfully she corrected the mistakes and misshapes which were the results of my first unsuccessful microblading 8 years ago. Everything was done very professionally and I felt no pain and the healing process was painless and bloodless compared with my previous experience.
Carrina's professionalism and skill was evident throughout not only during treatment but in firmly stopping at the proper moment.
I cannot speak too highly of her skill, professionalism and judgement. I am more than 100% satisfied - the crisp strokes, soft natural colour and perfectly balanced brows that save me much time every morning.

Carrina at Karen Betts Clinics (London) was fantastic! She put me at ease and talked me through the whole process, showed me examples of what each stage of the process might look like and WOW!!! Vicki is an extremely talented semi-permanent makeup artist. I've had my lips done by her and will be having my eyebrows done shortly too. You can feel completely confident in her advice and recommendations, her knowledge is spot on and her skill is incredible.

The experience I had with Vicki was great. I attended the London location for a re-touch and from the outset, Vikki was friendly and made me comfortable throughout my treatment. She also ensured I was feeling okay throughout the time i was with her. This made me feel special and whilst the treatment may not seem that big, to me it was and it felt good to be treated by someone as skilled and knowledgeable in her work. I have no hesitation in recommending her to others.
