Wonderful service
Absolutely loved my visit. The results are outstanding, but it was made even better because I was treated by the lovely Vikki who is just the nicest person with an amazing eye for detail and incredible skill.. All the pre and post care wonderful too. Highly, highly recommend.

Karen is by far the best in her field
Karen is by far the best in her field, no question about it.
I had followed her since meeting her and watching her demonstrate at a beauty exhibition many years ago.
Since I have got older and my eyebrows have become thinner I treated myself to micro-blading with Karen herself.
The results were astounding and the very realistic hair strokes were so remarkable I have continued to have them topped up every couple of years or so.
The confidence it has given me is incredible and it has been worth every penny. As a professional cosmetologist, my only regret is not training with this amazing lady when she was teaching so I could give my own clients this treatment.
If you are thinking of having permanent make-up then don’t bother going anywhere other than KBPro.

Positive experience
I saw Vicky for my eyebrow top-up & she was amazing. My concerns around the initial treatment results not being as expected were listened to & I now feel much happier with the results already. Now its just a waiting game while my eyebrows heal & I see the end result

I had a follow up colour boost…
I had a follow up colour boost appointment with Jaimie. From start to finish I was treated so well. Everything was explained including what to expect with the healed result. Exceptional experience from start to finish
From my very first enquiry right through to leaving the clinic, the whole experience has been absolutely outstanding.
After I completed the online enquiry form, Angie gave me a call and spent so much time talking me through the different eyebrow treatments and artists. She was incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question I had before I even needed to ask. At no point did I feel under any pressure to book – she simply suggested I take a couple of days to think about it and said she’d give me a call. When I missed that call, there was no chasing or pushy sales approach, which I really appreciated. I rang back when I was ready, and booking was so easy.
The communication leading up to my appointment was excellent. I received clear instructions about how to prepare, what to avoid beforehand, my allergy test and numbing cream arrived in the post, and I was kept fully informed with texts about my appointment, where to park, where to go and everything I needed to know. By the time the day arrived, I felt completely at ease because I knew exactly what to expect.
When I arrived, I was welcomed by Melanie, who was so warm, friendly and chatty that I instantly felt comfortable. Then I met my artist, Sharon, and she was absolutely incredible. The consultation was so thorough, and she really listened to what I wanted. She designed my brows exactly how I’d imagined them, and I felt completely confident in her expertise.
The procedure itself was virtually painless, and Sharon talked me through everything she was doing, which made the whole experience even more relaxing.
When she finished, I genuinely couldn’t believe my eyebrows. They are even better than I’d hoped for. The shape is perfect, and they look so natural. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result.
What also stood out was the atmosphere in the clinic. The other ladies all came over to see my new brows and were genuinely excited for me. It wasn’t just professional – it felt like everyone genuinely cared and took pride in the results their clients leave with.
I’ve been given comprehensive aftercare advice, they’ve followed everything up afterwards, and I honestly can’t wait to go back for my top-up appointment.
If you’re considering having your brows done, I can’t recommend Karen Betts enough. Every single member of the team made me feel valued, looked after and completely at ease. The professionalism, communication, attention to detail and quality of Sharon’s work have been second to none.

I have been going to Geraldine for brows and lips for many years. I feel completely confident to take her advice on colour and shape and am rewarded by perfect brows and lips. I am complemented on both with people assuming I am an expert in applying my own make up. Far from it but with Geraldine's help I can be wonderfully groomed with very little effort from me.

From the minute to walking through the…
From the minute to walking through the door to leaving you are treat like a VIP and made to feel so welcone.
I was very nervous about coming and to have a procedure that could change my look permanently.
My technician was Sharon, she listened to me about what I wanted her to achieve and she made suggestions.
I was put at ease instantly and the procedure began
No pain and Sharon commented on how chilled out I was, it was quite relaxing.
The final results at first are really dark but I was told it would fade, in which it did leaving me with a beautiful natural eyebrow.
I got regular texts during the after care telling me what to expect which we useful.
I would totally reccomend Karen Betts and go see Sharon shes excellent.

For the first time…
For the first time since I was a teenager, I can wake up and not do a thing to my eyebrows because they look perfect. My first visit was quite nerve wracking, as this was a permanent choice to make on a very vulnerable and exposed place on my body. It was the best decision I ever made. I can't recommend Vikki enough. She is a true artist!

The whole process has been transparent and informative. During my visit for eyebrow microblading with Vikky, I was made to feel comfortable and heard. I was given plenty of time to discuss what I wanted and to change what I didn’t like from the original pencil drawing on my face. Vikki has a great energy and made it clear that it was important I was comfortable with the result. The price I paid was absolutely worth it because of the result and service I received. No hidden costs, from consultation to retouch and aftercare. Everyone commented of what a good job I had done and how my eyebrows look natural, how they wouldn’t notice if I didn’t mention it or if they didn’t see me before the treatment. Highly recommended.

My new brows!
It was the first time that I'd had anything done to my eyebrows so I was quite nervous. Vicky put me at my ease and discussed the whole process with me in detail in a friendly and professional manner.
Initially when I saw my new self, I was a little uncertain, but now I've got used my brows, I'm very pleased with the result. The shape is really good and they look quite natural. It's just like turning back the clock a few years! I also appreciate the follow-up emails that give guidance and let you know what to expect at each stage of the settling down process.
