I arrived at Taunton Kaspa’s hoping to get a nice cold milkshake and the sign on the Door said Open. When I tried to enter it turned out it was closed. The lights were on but no staff. Kaspas need to Sort their staff out. I will not be returning anytime Soon.

Visited the Liverpool restaurant with the children. The place was absolutely disgusting. The service was rubbish. No one seemed to know how to work the till or get the correct pricing. We was overcharged for ice cream. The toilets were absolutely vile took photos and I’ve told Kaspas “customer service” that I want a refund. It has now been two months and they still have done nothing about it. No refund processed some man called Ian Turner emailed me to offer me a £25 voucher which I declined because there is no way I will return to that restaurant again because of the lack of hygiene And how dirty and unsanitary it was. I would not take my children back there ever again. I still want my refund as it’s £25 wasted when I could’ve took them somewhere else it is really poor customer service that this has complaint has still not been dealt with for over two months. Do not visit the Liverpool restaurant go somewhere else it is absolutely filthy and the staff don’t seem to care either there should be daily checks for hygiene and health and safety. This clearly doesn’t happen here

On Wednesday afternoon 19th of February the family visited Kaspa's Lincoln When standing at the counter not one of the four members of staff looked up to make eye contact. None of them were that busy preparing food. The staff supervisor who eventually served us would not walk two paces to help identify the doughnuts our granddaughters had chosen. I had to show a photo. Throughout the transaction the supervisor's manner was condescending and sullen.

Lady was horribly rude!! Will not be returning!

Ordered three boba drinks. The delivery was on time, and the packaging was secure. However, the plastic seal around the top of the bottles doesn’t seem like the best way to protect the drinks.

Unfortunately, the drinks themselves were disappointing - almost flavourless and lacking the expected taste. Not the best experience.

New addington kaspas , absolutely disgusting ! Nearly £70 spent for 2 adults and 3 children .
Crepes freezing cold , ice cream sundaes sloppy and messy , drinks warm and brought 15 minutes after food . Sloppy and slow service , no wonder it’s always empty

Absolutely disgusting how long we've been waiting for our order 45 minutes our order was for 5 people , orders been coming around 10 minutes apart . There was our kids who ready eat food and some who was still waiting. Waffles been burned , coockiedough hard . Absolutely not recommend this place

I don't know how hard it can be to pack a dessert.. it is not rocket science. What a rip off. Creams is so much better! Avoid avoid avoid!

Their desserts are the best i use them on deliveroo the ice cream is out of this world soft and creamy i love their sundaes and their chocolate fudge cake is delicious . If you have a sweet tooth . I would highly recommend them. I think personally they are the best dessert shop and all of is beautifully arranged and packaged , i love kaspas

Ordered the Chocoholic Sundae to be delivered. What arrived was nothing like described. Not worth the money.

I cannot even find prices online, this has to be the worst website ever.

The waffle tasted horrible...not sure if it was eggs taste or gasey but it certainly wasn't right! Maybe it was a cleaning product they use on machine...tasted horrible anyway...I used to love it here...won't be coming again.

Asked for food intolerances however had no options even in allergy folder. Chose plant based Cronut. The only option however unavailable.

The ice cream here is amazing, and the staff is incredibly friendly! They even kept the shop open for longer so we could savor our delicious treats.

Jaspers Swansea lovely desserts excellent customer service, all food well presented and delivered in quick time. Will recommend to everyone

Shocking service from MK branch, my son had a massive long hair in his waffle, when husband complained, they said they could make another one but wouldn’t refund the money! Absolutely disgraceful customer service and no faith in the process of cooking another one and same thing happening. Shall not be returning anytime soon and I suggest no one else does either.
