the workers were very rude! me and my friends from drama went there for a nice dessert and my friend had a peice of long black straight hair on her food she she wanted a refund, the man was then screaming at us saying my friend put the hair on the food but it was after my friend complained when she took the plate and looked at it disgusted. they only showed that part of the video and wouldn’t skip back to when she found the hair on it. they were shouting threatening to call the police on a bunch of teenage girls and kicking us out, fair play one of the workers were really nice who delivered the food but i’m sure none of us or our family will never ever go there again! my friend was on the verge of tears. the worker also went off with my friends phone i’ve never been treated so badly at a restaurant. worst day ever

First time visit and Fancied a dessert…
First time visit and Fancied a dessert and coffee. They had no coffee!!! The place seem to be run by youngsters who didn't seem to know how to act proffesionally and the place seemed to be empty. Went to a local independent and thoroughly enjoyed the same for a fraction of the cost. Didn't even mind the wait for the table as they were full!! Kaspa's need to look at how the competition are beating them on service and product availability, by giving better value fof money and experienced staff

Milkshakes and bubble slush is always on point but Extremely soggy and disgusting looking apple crumble I’m never going or ordering from kaspas again it’s always a hit and miss tired of restaurants not keeping the same food standard at all times. I doubled back to not be to harsh and give them 2 stars because I did enjoy this place and don’t want to be to harsh of 2 bad experiences with food. Kaspas greenwhich served me soggy Apple crumble that looked like cheese cake I immediately chucked in the bin and kaspas elephant and castle apple crumble was just Trash too much apple and not enough crumble I almost forgot the tiny espresso cup of custard the give you with Apple crumble is hilariously small I had to buy my own custard from the shop. I had one great experience from kaspas greenwhich on 21st may order #3D4D1 apple crumble was on point tasted perfect packaging was good and came in a nice rounded container. Get it together Kaspas 🤦🏾♂️ so disappointed this place has so much potential but the lack of care put into food just ruins the experience I also emailed Because they have no direct number to call and I doubt I will get a response.

I have only ever visited your Rugby…
I have only ever visited your Rugby branch so I’m not sure if this is across the board but you get charged VAT on top of the price on the menu meaning the prices on the menu are excluding VAT. Having googled it extensively as it made me rather mad. If an establishment does this they must clearly show it via signs outside or within the shop. There are no signs anywhere stating this at the rugby store and it’s not written on the menus either! This is completely against the law and will now be reporting you to trading standards. Just put the actual price on the menu rather than being shocked when you get to the til and find out it’s 20% more. I’m disgusted!

Racially motivated and discriminated for my disability.
Went to kaspas Barry Island on Monday 22nd May 2023.around 14.00 hrs.
Was there with my husband, so we were at the counter, where 2 members of stood be hind the counter. So I was standing next to the counter, my husband asked, what I wanted to order, I said to my husband, I want to have a look, see what they have. I'll go toilet first and then we'll order and pay. Very warm so didn't want my order melting, whilst I was in the toilets, hence the reason I wanted to place order after toilet. I noticed a sign, as I entered the restaurant, that ask member of staff to use toilets, they have been locked due to teenagers vandalising them. So I asked one of the 2 members of staff, about using the toilet. I'm a 52 yr old Asian disabled Asian woman, so there is no chance of me going in their to vandalise their precious toilets.. The woman behind said no, to me using the toilet as I'm not a customer, bear in my Barry Island is a seaside resort and toilets in arcades etc, I said what do you mean, I'm not a customer, she said you are not a customer, so you have to use the public toilets on the corner of the next block. I said I am a customer, so how dare you say that I'm not. She you have not bought anything, she was smirking at me, I said you just heard me say to my husband that I'll order once I come from toilets. She said go around the next block to you the toilets, I said no I wont. Just because I haven't put my order through does not mean I'm not buying. I was at the Swansea branch the evening before and had a great time. She was laughing in my face saying yeah yeah of course you are a customer, of course you are going to buy something. She refused me my basic human rights as a disabled person to have access to the toilets. As a black asian person, she treated me with disrespect, So I demanded the number for head office, she said go ahead and call head office, I don't care laughing and smirking at me. So I asked for the number to head office, which she refused to give me. Told me to go to website for the number. She continued to refuse me use of tje toilets, told me buy and pay first, I refused to that. She then pointed to the direction of the toilets and turned her back on me. I went to the toilet using my walking frame, only to find that they were locked, by this time I was nearly in tears. I came back to the counter and told my husband, how she sent to the toilets purposely knowing that they are under lock and key. And made me walk back. My husband lost it then and got involved asking her why did she do that, she said if I want to use toilets, I will have to go around the corner in the next block. She was smirking and purposely maliciously provoking me. When I was Talking to my husband, the staff member had her back to us but was further along the counter, so I could see half of her face, she was laughing at me having being sent the toilet and finding it locked. I pulled myself together and told her that by refusing a disabled person the right to use the toilets is discrimination and they are breaking the law. And discriminating for the colour of my skin. I will take legal action against the company. Eventually I did manage to use the toilet, placed my order and paid. We asked for names of manager to make complain, it turns out this vile horrible woman is the manager. My husband was shocked that a manager behaved this way and so unprofessionally and with malice. The 2nd person then said that she ( pointing at me) was very rude to the manager. I said do you blame me, she called me a liar, that I'm not a customer, smirking and laughing in my face, provoking me and malicious and racist behaviour, infringement of my basic human rights to be treated with dignity and respect, discriminating me for my disability, anyone person in my situation, would lose it. I pointed at the manager and said to her I don't know what country you are from and what laws you have there, but in t fkn country we have laws to protect people like me and I walked out. A white came to use toilets straight after me and when she came out, I was washing my hands, we greeted each as women tend, even if it's a stranger, we started talking and I asked if she had any problems when she asked to use the toilets, she said no not at all, I then asked her if she had purchased anything, she said not yet, I wanted to use toilet and and will go out to see menu. The manageress was white foreigner. I have emailed head office, so far heard nothing from them, by the sound of the of things I might either,I am left feeling emotionally and mentally Scarred by this whole incident.
I have read the ma similar stories from other customers visiting different kaspas branches, being racially abused and very poor customer service and in some cases violence from staff members or management.

Very Poor Gluten Free Options. Nothing on the menu was available to order (not out of stock)
Tried messaging and phoned to ask about gluten free options. Was told an allergy menu was available to order from. Wanted the gf smoothie and gf cheesecake. The till didn’t have this on the system to order and when checked they didn’t provide it. Need to stock on the allergen menu. Could only have sticky toffee pudding as a dessert, taking away tge drink options really disappointing. Should be able to provide gf waffles?

I’m a regular for my milkshakes here usually the guys there adapt to my little extra ice cream when I arrived today brought my usual unfortunately the taste was not ok tasted sour like off milk I went to guy who I’ve never seen here before and he refused to replace or change it and told me the milk and cream was good I said I can’t drink it he scrugged his shoulders so rude I left hole milkshake which I paid nearly 6 pound for and will never buy from here again

Terrible kept us waiting whilst a bunch of staff was talking amongst themselves place was empty not busy my husband had to ask to be served,
Then we were wanting take away ice creams one woman was taking the order at a till point told her I waNted a tub with 3 flavours I had to tell her which so I had to go to the other end to chose from another guy who couldn't make it up till I paid made us feel like criminals like we were not going to pay , we left !!!
Never again would I go here nor would I recommend shocking I have contacted on the website too

I am only reviewing MILTON KEYNES shop
I have been taking my family there for years and the service is fantastic!...The ice-cream delicious and the wafflers really well prepared.
I also would like to congratulate Veronica the Manager who has always been kind and running well her team of staff.
ONLY reason for not given 5 stars: The internet signal, nor mobile network signal is not good.
WILL HAPPILY KEEP COMING BACK!

Needs a clean!
Went to Weston super mare branch. Food was excellent, but the state of the toilets was unbelievable. No toilet roll in any toilet but empty rolls all over, toilet seats stained yellow and toilet bowl looked like not been cleaned in god knows how long

Terrible experience, rude management. We visited here for me neices birthday as a large family group, the birthday girl should receive cake or milkshake for birthday, when asked at the till rudly was asked for ID for a 9 year old!! Managment stafff were rude, when asked if they had a candle for the birthday girl, intially said no bring your own then suddenly they found one, never again will I visit kaspas. There customer services are just as bad, email sent to complaint no apology given.

Hello,
I have been here before as one of my close mates, he who must not be named, has worked there in the past. He has been telling me experiences which every worker must not experience. Jeez, I wouldn't even wished this type of behaviour on my worst enemy!
He has told me that because he is a different race to his other colleagues, they would usually refer him to different racial insults instead of his name.
He has also told me when they make banana split, the other colleagues would usually set banana peels on the floor as traps on my friend and he would usually full over and was sent to the hospital and had a concussion.
I find it awful to hear as I would not want any of my colleagues to suffer from this racial abuse.
As the youth would say: Free up my brudda, Free up my cuz, he did nuttin wrong g!

Kaspas Crewe, ordered from their menu, Strawberry and Cream Crepe. Uber eats delivered a very soggy crepe with sliced strawberries and syrup but no whipped cream. I rang Kaspas Crewe to ask why there was no whipped cream as it stated on their website and they said it was our fault for not selecting it as an extra at £1.65, Will never order from them again. No refund was given, they didn't want to know.

Hours to deliver , And the waffle was chewy , wrong cream also .
When I complained to them , over the course of a week I spoke to four different people all telling me different things , in tbe emd they basically said it’s not me our fault it’s just eats fault , just eat are blaming them . So the customer gets screwed again . Won’t be using them again , just eat or Kaspas

Colchester branch. Avoid this place! Our first time visiting. It will be the last, that's for sure!
The place wasn't busy, so why take over 20 minutes for our order to arrive: and not all at the same time.
Staff have no manners. "Thank you" would've been nice.
Toilets are absolutely disgusting 🤢 no hand soap either. When I asked a member of staff for soap. He looked at me in shock and just walked away.
Not a pleasant experience.

BRIGHTON , GOT 1 STAR AS I COULD NOT GIVE A NIL OR A MINUS , daughter and her friend placed a 40 pound order for collection at 19.30 arrived at 19.25 got theirs at 20.30 no reason given for the delay no sorry , but people who ordered after them were served before them , 2 customers even came back as they given the wrong items and still were dealt with before them ,
