This company has charged my card without proper authorization or consent. Despite raising this issue and requesting a refund, my concerns have not been adequately resolved. I find this practice highly concerning and unacceptable. I strongly discourage Amazon FBA sellers from using this tool, as it not only engages in unauthorized billing but also fails to provide reliable or satisfactory results.
Useless customer service
Useless customer service, was charged double(£34), been trying to get in touch it's been 7 days, always the sama automated email. Gotta call bank and ask for a chargeback. Price raised to much, paying £27 for a very basis almost useless programme full of glitches is just ridiculous when you can actually get a decent/advanced programme for the same price. The £17 before was not cheap but doable, now £27 for this is a joke. Imagine being charged double and no one cares. Been with them 5 years it's the good bye now.
Product Viewer quota is VERY limiting
I have been using Keepa for years. They raised their prices by 50% and GREATLY limited the Product Viewer, with such a steep quota that it's unusable. Before I was able to extract tens of thousands of products info a day, for multiple countries. Now I just can't do it at all. I'm going to find an alternative. Good bye Keepa.

A perfect example of zero marketing sense and a spectacularly bad business move. It’s painfully obvious this decision was made at the top by people who are completely out of touch with reality.
Deleting is the only reasonable option now.

The reason we cancelled too is because of the lag or simply incorrect information on many products
We decided to close our store for 2026…
We decided to close our store for 2026 and we used Keppa sparingly. We were billed and told them same day we are no longer using them.
They refused to refund and said we had to pay the entire year. We were forced to get our bank and credit card company involved and it was a mess!
Avoid as they will not help in any way with billing.
A great tool overall
Overall, a great tool on Amazon. You may count the account sharing policy as a con, but let's be honest, who even offers something better in terms of data/$

I bought a plan here, but there’s a lot of confusion with the account and information — it’s really not a good option. I requested a refund, but they refused. How can there be no refund policy? I don’t understand how this is even acceptable. Doesn’t anyone see this?
Does what it says and more
Does what it says and more. After filling out the Amazon account information and the OTP to link the account with Keepa, with in 5 minutes I started receiving random OTP texts for over the next week and needed to change the password. Keepa is a fishing scam!

Crap. Convoluted and incorrect results. Looks like Amazon have bought them out.

I use keepa daily to help me source for my Amazon Replens business… just found out that this vital piece of software has been given a terrible rating on “Trustpilot”… thought I’d head on over here to change that - I’ve been happily paying my subscription for 2-3 years now.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. No refund policy. Signed up in error and they refused to reimburse me. Who does this in 2025? They clearly do not care about their customers.
Useful (imperfect) service
Failed to alert me once. Otherwise excellent. Free and extremely useful.
SCAM
SCAM. Data is unreliable and wonky that's one reason I stopped using them. Believe the reviews. Good companies don't have to trap you in annual payment plans when you cancel service. FACK THESE CLOWNS.
Believe the Negative Reviews
Like another reviewer I did not sign up for auto renew with Keepa. I contacted Keepa the day before the charge cleared my credit card that I was no longer an FBA seller on Amazon and wanted to cancel their service. The company's response was that they had notified me by email prior to charging me and did not offer refunds. So now I am stuck $207.24 charge. What is important to consider here is that I never agreed to auto-renew and that Keepa has such low morals that they are perfectly happy to charge us for a service that we cannot and will not use. Please notice in the reviews that you read about this company how willing they are to charge people for a service they do not want and will not use as evidenced by their lack of response to negative reviews regarding their charging for services that people do not want and are not using. In my opinion this policy has the morality some gangster collecting "protecting money" from some small merchant.

If you don't allow for refunds for a SaaS product, you admit that you're trapping people into buying your useless tool. Good job getting those FBA creators to promote your crap.
Paid for data subscription but data bad
Paid for data subscription but did not support the feature I wanted. Tried to cancel within 5 minutes of ordering, only to be told they don't do cancelations and they'd ban me if I tried to do a refund. Terrible service.
SCAM
I upgraded to the Keepa Deals finder today and after a few minutes realized it was not the product I needed. After writing a personal email to request a refund, they wrote and informed me that they don't do refunds. What kind of modern company scams people like this?
