Profoundly disappointed in the 16 x 13…
Profoundly disappointed in the 16 x 13 sail. No matter how taught it's pulled, it will always sag in the middle because this isn't one piece of cloth, but two sewn together. I expected a single sail shade, without a seam running through the middle. There isn't a single picture on their website with a seamed sail, they show only single sheets.

their product, no matter how much you tighten the sides, you can’t keep it from sagging.
I wouldn’t buy this again. I purchased 20x18 waterproof and it sags in the middle by two feet and I have each side tightened to the extreme. It never tightens enough to remove the sag. They recommend a 40° slope laugh my rear off. Really? That takes away half the coverage of the sail. Only covers a ten foot area. How horrible. Anyway, your choice of course but as for me they didn’t offer refund they just said buy another one. lol, yeah right. I am cutting two wholes in the middle of the waterproof sail to drain it when it rains. I’ve already lost my money to them. Hopefully this helps you from losing yours
They are not a good Chinese company. They claim honor and good customer service but all they do is tell you that you installed it wrong and it’s not their fault.
As a matter they will respond to this review in the same exact fashion they always respond as if they have done their best but the don’t.

We've worked with many customers who initially experienced similar tension issues and were able to achieve a properly tensioned installation after adjusting the installation method.
When we received your feedback, we immediately asked for installation photos. Based on the photos, we noticed the sail was connected directly to the anchor points rather than using the recommended rope and hardware setup shown on our product page. Since the sail includes rope, adjusting the connection would involve little to no additional cost and could provide more flexibility for proper tensioning.
We also noticed from the photos that your site makes it difficult to achieve the approximately 40° slope we recommend for the waterproof fabric. This recommendation is specifically intended to help rainwater drain from the surface, which are outlined on our product page.
For that reason, we also suggested an HDPE breathable shade sail as a potential solution for your specific site. Based on the dimensions of your installation area, we offered to make a custom-sized sail and also provided a discount beyond our standard website pricing.
Our intention was to find an option that would work better with the physical limitations of your installation site rather than simply asking you to purchase another product.
If you're still open to discussing it, we'd be happy to revisit your installation photos and dimensions with you and see whether we can find a more suitable solution.

Fast delivery and great material, but narrow shape taper
I recently ordered an offset triangle sun shade, and I was very impressed by the turnaround time—it was produced and shipped in record time! The material quality is also excellent and exactly as advertised.
The only drawback is the cut/shape of the offset triangle. While the top measurement matches what was ordered, the shade tapers down much faster than expected, leaving a long, skinny tail at the end. As a result, it doesn't provide as much width/coverage along the total length as anticipated.
Overall, great service and quality fabric, but I would recommend double-checking taper dimensions or visual previews if you need broader coverage along the length of an offset design.

Ordered the wrong size standard…
Ordered the wrong size standard curtains not custom made and received curtains branded by a company that sells exact same product on Amazon for less - I confirmed this by ordering same item and they are identical - company would not refund product without asking g for original shipping g back plus I pay shipping for returning item and a probably 30 percent restock fee but the. They compromise to 15 for a product that is standard - do not by from them unless customer the standard stuff is make by another company and cheaper elsewhere!!!

I was worried when the order came from…
I was worried when the order came from china. However, all seemed good. I laid the product out to check if measurements were correct and all seemed pretty good. I have yet to have these installed in September. We shall see how they hold up in Vegas weather....

Beautiful and functional curtains. Not only do they add a touch of class to our screened-in porch, but they block the strong afternoon sun and they help keep rain out. For custom shade sails, accurate measurements are only the first step. Proper tension allowance is also essential to ensure the sail can be stretched correctly and installed with the appropriate height and slope. Without sufficient adjustment space, the sail may hang lower than expected.
