I cant give Khral 5 star because waiting 6 weeks for a custom pendant is just ridiculous, however when the pendant landed ? Different level! I cant stop looking at it. Its crafted so beautifully the pictures on the site don't do it justice. Happy with the purchase and And fair play to them, they threw in a free chain of my choice as an apology for the delay.

Ordered my product only had a confirmation email that it it had been purchased and had no update since it was supposed to have been delivered a week ago from now ive emailed twice and had no response

Ordered my pendant on the 17/04/25 and it arrived today 14/05/25. It took slightly longer to make as the Easter bank holiday, so they added me a free piece of jewellery in. Overall I’m very happy either way with my experience and customer service from Khral. I’ll definitely be ordering again! I also didn’t receive my items in a box or the lifetime guarantee card that is stated on their website. Hence 4 stars.

Don’t buy from them. As my last review they promised they would come back to me yesterday and still ignoring my emails.. this is an absolute joke. I will be reporting you to the financial ombudsman if I don’t hear from you by the end of the day to send the item back and get my refund!!!! This is a joke why don’t you email me I have been emailing since January for a refund and you have not come back to me so OF COURSE I’ve gone over the return… I want my money back. The item has not been taken out the box or the protective plastic!!!!!!! I’m getting really angry now someone needs to contact me ASAP via email as this is not professional to be communicating through trust pilot what a joke!!!!

Where do I start? I ordered a chain & bracelet on the 22nd April and to date I have received NOTHING! I paid for express delivery (next day delivery) and clearly they do not understand the meaning of next day. I emailed their customer service or enquiries to find out the status of my order on the 24th April. Alex replied saying that they are sorting out the back log of orders due to the EASTER weekend and my order will be dispatched later in the afternoon. I acknowledged that excuse and waited for 2 more days and sent another email as this was meant to be a gift. Alex came back on the 30th saying he has dispatched the items. When I checked the tracking number it showed the courier collected the items on the 29th April. Six emails later and the latest email to Alex was on the 06th May, Alex said he will follow up with the couriers and get back to me. He hasn't got back to me. To date I have still not received my items and it is still sitting with the couriers since the 29th and no reason given why the delay. I mentioned to Alex it is not my job to chase his couriers, it is his. I'm the customer. I asked for a refund of my postage, no reply. I asked to cancel the entire sale and refund my whole order, no reply. As I write this, no items received, out of pocket and out of patience. No replies and no update from Alex. It seems to me that this company is a one man show who is just out to make a quick buck, then implode. My only other option is to go legal, which I will to recover my damages. This has been my experience so far and due to this, I will never buy from KHRAL again.

I've had a really poor experience so far from this company. I placed my order on the 22nd April and to date I have received NOTHING! I even paid for express delivery (next day delivery) and although their website says ''Fast Shipping'', it is in no way fast, more like ultra slow. I started chasing their ''customer service'' on the 24th and Alex replied by giving me some excuse about back log of orders due to the Easter weekend. I acknowledged that excuse and waited a few days until I followed up with emails. Alex then told me that he will send off the items this afternoon which was the reply I got on the 28th April. Finally, I thought I'm going to receive my items at least by the 30th BUT, no chance! The items have been sitting with the courier and by the courier from the 29th April and I still haven't received anything. All this after paying for next day delivery. Clearly they DO NOT understand the meaning of next day. Six emails later, Alex then told me he will contact the courier only after I requested he do so and here I am, no items, no update from Alex. Out of pocket and out of patience. By the way, if you do not chase, KHRAL will not update you at all regarding the status of your order. It seems to me that this company is more a one man show and is severely overwhelmed by the amount of orders coming through that he simply cannot keep up. Or this company is just a SCAM out to make a quick buck and then implode. I have asked for a refund, but no reply. My only other option is to go legal which I will and all this inconvenience for a company that does not know how to honour their orders. This has been my experience and because of this pathetic poor service and non delivery of my items, I will never buy from this company again.

UPDATE: 12/05/25
So got tired of all the empty promises made by KHRAL. Contacted my credit card company and asked them to do a chargeback and refund my money as by Friday 09/05/25 I had still not received any of my items. My credit card company processed a chargeback and refunded my money. No thanks to KHRAL. If you are going to buy from this company, always use a credit card. This has been my experience and I understand that everyone may have a different experience, but please be cautious.

I contacted customer services regarding returning an item (which is too small) 3 times but sadly still waiting. Very frustrating as was an 18th Birthday gift which has now been and gone.

Sadly still noting from Khral, they have not contacted me as said below and have now ignored several emails.

Another week passes by and I have heard nothing. I feel I will not get my money back. Very bad experience with Khral.

First of all this is not the first time this is the second time but I decided to give them the benefit of doubt. It says on the website it takes 3 weeks both times they took well over that 3 months. They told me to take my first review down but done the same thing again. they then said they would refund me half the money which I have emailed consistently and no reply and no refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

Presentation package excellent fit 8in just right looks great on wrist only drawback is the delivery EVRI very poor 8 days from order not really good service for a great product

So after some confusion I got my order and a free chain too yet no box or gold card which is unfortunate but I am just happy to have my chains and funnily enough I like the free chain more than the one I brought

Purchased a miami cuban chain and bracelet set, the chain was perfect but unfortunately the bracelet was slightly small for my wrist, my fault! I got in contact with the Khral team and they were quick to send a label and get the bracelet exchanged for the larger size, very happy with the customer service and Seb specifically from the team

Ordered two custom pendant pieces, one for myself and another for my brother. They look even better in person, the quality of both pieces couldn't be better. Very quick shipping as well, highly recommened getting custom pieces from Khral, will be coming back!

Got the wrong size order and enquired to change it, heard absolutely nothing back, very disappointing and will not shop with you again
