Item was delivered eventually - return refused
Item was delivered eventually. Needed to remove protective wrapping to test if bracelet would fit. When it didn't fit and I asked to return the item I was told it couldn't be returned because the protective wrapping had been removed, even though the item had only literally been tried-on. Pretty sure this is illegal under Distant Selling legislation but item was poor quality anyway and so would just prefer to not have to deal with company again. Avoid.

Thank you for your review. Please note we wrap pieces in protective wrap so that it ensures the item is received in new condition and that customers can check sizing before unwrapping. We advise customers to check the sizing of the piece with the protective wrap present therefore if the size is not suitable it can be easily exchanged or returned by us. Once the protective wrap is removed the piece is deemed as used therefore we can not accept returns or exchanges, which is stated in our T&Cs. We are extremely sorry about this but we hope that clarifies the situation Luca.

10mm Miami Cuban review
I bought a 10mm Miami Cuban chain and the quality is really good considering the price it’s an absolute bargain and even though there was a little delay they gave me a free chain for the inconvenience even though they didn’t have to and that’s shows their good customer service skills, I am truly happy with my purchase and I’m sure you will too.

Quick shipping! There jewellery is not cheap looking and doesn’t turn rusty or green. They are reasonable prices and are really detailed and nice colour ranges! I would 100% recommend and would buy if there again ❤️

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, took a while but the wait was reasonable. Communication is slow but they respond.
The way the pendant is made it will break. First day my daughter looked at it accidentally dropped it on the floor. Carpet! And the pendant broke. Can not be used as the link has broken offf. Now I’m going to have to spend more money to fix it.
Not worth it… lucky it was at home… definitely would have lost it…
Advice for Khral ; the attachment for the link to hold chain and pendant together is too week, better materials need to be used and a better solid link… absolutely rubbish

Please note we are not liable for breakage of custom pendants, we perfect the pendant to the best of our standard and our customers do appreciate the attention to detail of each stone. We send out each piece with strict quality checks, once dispatched by us the responsibility is given to the customer for custom made pendants. We ensure no breakage will occur for the pendant when worn however if the piece is dropped the risk of breakage is present. I ordered a bracelet for my son and it still hasn't arrived and it's been over 3 weeks I have messaged a couple of times and have been told on numerous times that ut will be with me in 2-3 days. I'm not happy at all.

So at first delivery was delayed
So at first delivery was delayed. I reached out to them on 2 platforms and got a reply a day later promising a free next day delivery and a free item. The next day delivery hadn't been added when I checked my product tracking and once my item arrived it came without the magnetic gift box advertised on the site and the promised free item wasn't there either.
I would've preferred if they didn't make false promises.

Firsly we'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused, however we did do our part based on your requests. You wanted to return your chain based on the sizing but you were very happy with the quality of the piece. We sent a free return label to you but asked whether the chain was removed out of its protective wrap and you stated it was untouched. When received, the chain was used and the protective wrap was loose which did not comply with our T&Cs for returns. We have still issued a full refund for you to ensure you're happy on your behalf.
