Paul made us feel very welcome and he took a lot of time introducing us to our new caravan. He was very knowledgeable about the unit and ensured the explanation he gave us was understandable. He allowed times for questions to make sure we understood the systems, and his suggestion to record the introduction was much appreciated as there was a lot of information being passed. Top marks Paul!

We picked our new coachman 575 up today and had the most comprehensive and informative handover ever.
Benson and Paul did a great job, and we drove away confident that we had been given all of the information that we needed to enjoy our new caravan to the full.

Nice easy experience where I felt the organisation listened to my requirements. As always price could have been better.

We met Chris from Kimberley at the NEC who managed to talk us out of a lot of money for the caravan 😬. The caravan was ready for collection a lot sooner than we were and Kimberley had no problem keeping it stored until we were ready which was a really big help, no hassle or complaint, just understanding. On collection, Bendin and his “apprentice” Paul, took us through the caravan, making sure we understood everything and had all the correct gear and were really helpful. Most importantly, they made sure we had correctly attached the ‘van to the car, so it didn’t slide off up the road! The whole experience was really easy and I would definitely recommend Kimberley Caravans!

Completed warranty repair using genuine manufacturer parts.
Long process as fault identified in August 2025 when parts were ordered and only being completed Feb 26. Appears I hadn't been notified to arrange a date for repair?
It's only when I popped in when passing the error was realised.

Very warm and friendly welcome when we called to collect our new caravan. Comprehensive walk round the exterior and interior of the caravan with every function clearly explained and our questions answered with equal clarity. I actually thought that customer service of this level only existed nowadays in such as top quality hotels.

Benson was excellent explaining all the technology on handover, whether we remember is another story. Adim team always happy to help when you ring them.
Chris the owner was excellent and very helpful.

Benson knew the Swift voyager 584 well and was quite happy to be interrupted and answer my beginners questions. Nothing was too much trouble for the handover guys they went above and beyond offering advice as well as just going through vehicle features in as fine a detail as necessary for two newbies.
Shout out to Richard in sales,no pressure and always quick to reply to emails.

We attended Kimberley Caravans today for our handover for our new caravan. After buying many caravans over the years from other dealerships, I have to say that this is the best one we have ever had. Benson and Paul started at the front of the caravan and worked around the whole of the outside first and they explained everything in great detail. We then went inside the caravan and they covered every square inch of the van showing us how everything worked and answering every question we had. Benson and Paul were very friendly, approachable, and made the whole experience a very pleasant one.

In fact, our full experience with Kimberley has been 100% from start to finish, which started with Tom in the sales team. We would highly recommend.

The only issue was the ceramic coating wasn’t buffed off properly; there were lots of areas we had to do when we got it home.

Benson was brilliant very thorough and professional. On handover of the caravan he noticed a couple of small issues that we would not have even noticed and arranged for them to be fixed before we left.
Very good handover and very knowledgeable. Overall 10/10

Only had my caravan for 6 days we took it away to try the caravan out and noticed that the vinyl stickers on the caravan had air bubbles in it phone them up and they were happy for us to drop the caravan off on the way home, nothing was a problem to them pleased to sorted the problem out had it for 5 days

Service department don't keep you up to date l think and a lot of people agree closing the cafe was a bad move think you have lost a lot of trade doing it

The lads even changed my tow ball over with mine been the wrong one. Couldn't refer them more.
